Due to the trauma and societal expectations, it is sometimes very challenging to accept ourselves fully just as we are. The human experience is as messy as it is beautiful. However, we thought that "messy" was not acceptable, that, somehow, the "messy" was disappointing, shameful, and not accepted. Let's change that. Let's relearn to radically accept and love ourselves fully.

Welcome you are safe here this moment is safe this meditation is designed to remind you that it's ok to have human experiences that it is ok not to be perfect that it is fine to make mistakes it's alright to feel all of our emotions equally with kindness and compassion now let's take a deep breath in feel up your lungs as much as you can hold it for a second or two and then exhale let it all go and again breathe in fill up your lungs all the way to the top hold for a second and exhale let it all go let it all go and drop one more time breathe in deeply deeply deeply up up up hold and let go let go let go let go of all of your worries and stress that you have accumulated during the day or weeks months years let it all go let it all drop.

We humans have a tendency to judge ourselves to expect certain things from ourselves we are striving and we have a tendency to strive to be perfect there is no perfection human experience is designed to be messy complicated difficult challenging happy joyful excited we need all of those experiences to progress our soul's journey and it's ok to remind ourselves in a busy lives societal expectations it's ok to stop for a second and just remind ourselves with love and compassion that human experience is challenging it is messy it is ridiculous at times and that it is natural to make mistakes it's ok also to forgive ourselves for our human experiences for this colorful experiences that we have and that it is fine not to be perfect because we cannot be perfect to strive for perfection is to strive for suffering it's not possible no one is perfect and that's what makes us perfect everybody makes mistakes everybody without exception experience fear everyone has dreams everyone has regrets we are all all of us in this beautiful mess together no one is above and no one is below we are all humans with the exact same experiences on different scales obviously however in a nutshell we are all same we are messy we are all wonderful we are all challenging we are all childlike and we are all joyful and we are all sad at times so we are all all of us we are all going through same pattern same emotions we all have dreams we all have loss we all have gain we all have highs we all have lows that means that we are all one all of us energetically we are all one you are not alone in your experiences we all sometimes love our bodies and sometimes we don't we all sometimes have healthy days and sometimes we don't that's alright sometimes we come across as really wise sometimes we all say something that's cringy and that's alright it's all part of human experience sometimes we are confident and sometimes we just want to hide from the world and that's alright too you see it's all part of being human so how about instead of belittling ourselves when shame comes or when we have this kind of cringe moments or difficult moments why don't we choose to just giggle about it love it love our experience and accept them and see ourselves as just silly humans that we really are maybe not to take it that seriously you know we all are messy and we all are divine at the same time maybe now is the good time to accept yourself just as you are and to love yourself just as you are everything love everything about yourself every little thing every messy thing every great thing every loss every high every low every joy every laughter every pain every every sorrow love it all forgive yourself love yourself as you are there is nothing else to do really it all starts with acceptance compassion love and forgiveness for self be kind go gently thank you for joining me you can stay here as long as you need to
