Hey friends,
So in this meditation,
We're going to go over the deficient healer energy,
How to bring it into balance,
And what it's all about.
So to start,
The deficient healer inside of us is the part of us that maybe is sensitive but is hiding,
Perhaps in apathy,
In feeling isolated,
Feeling victimized,
Maybe has an inability to heal trauma.
The deficient healer in us might have a hard time listening to other people's concerns,
Not wanting to face the pain that exists in the world,
In the people that we love.
It may even make us pessimistic towards our view of human nature.
It may even make us selfish.
So in some shape or form,
The deficient healer in us kind of retracts from the world,
Backs away,
Closes down,
Shrinks,
Avoids.
And a lot of deficient healers may not know they're healers at all.
They may outwardly express a sense of coldness,
Very hard boundaries of avoidance,
Of,
I don't need to be a part of the pain of this world,
I don't need to help others.
But in reality,
They may really be sensitive,
But just they don't know how to deal with that sensitivity.
And with every energy we oscillate,
We may swing from a sense of deficiency to some kind of excessiveness and then to balance and back.
And if you're in a moment of deficient healer energy,
It's great to look at,
To heal inside yourself,
And then rise to your healer potential.
So let's do that in this meditation.
Don't hide from it.
It's very easy to unplug and a lot of deficient healers will hide inside their homes,
Never go out,
Avoid human contact,
Because they just don't want to experience the pain of the world.
But in reality,
We have to embrace our sensitivity and learn how to manage our empathetic and empathic abilities in a healthy way.
If you're really a healer,
Which we all are in different ways,
But if you have a healer energy that wants to manifest out of you,
And you're avoiding it,
You're never truly going to find balance and happiness.
So let's step into this energy.
Let's let go of any fear of it,
Heal ourselves and see what happens.
So go ahead and close your eyes.
Get nice and comfortable.
As always,
Take a few deep breaths and start to just relax the muscles in your body.
Draw your awareness into the center of your head.
And allow yourself just to be present for a moment.
Just be here with me.
If there are distractions in your mind,
Physically around you in the world,
That's okay.
Just be here.
And I'd like you to start by just taking a look at a gauge from zero to 100.
Out of all your healer potential,
How much of it are you really utilizing and living up to?
It may look like,
This gauge may look like a thermometer of some kind.
It could be vertical,
And you may see a color.
You may notice it full or empty,
Like a gas tank.
So out of all of your healing ability and energy,
Zero to 100,
How much are you truly fulfilling out of all of your potential?
And this number may oscillate,
And that's fine.
But if it's less than 100,
Which for most of us,
It may be,
Take a look nice and closely and see that gap.
What is it,
What energy is in that gap that's keeping you from fully embracing your healer energy?
What is it that's keeping you in some form of deficiency?
It may be many things,
But just allow one to arise.
And just as some examples,
You might notice there's trauma.
Or excessive sensitivity that you've avoided,
Or other people's pain,
Or resistance to the way the world is,
And how much pain you see people in.
You may notice selfishness or fear.
I think I've given you enough options.
So take a moment and see what's keeping you from fully living to that healer potential.
And the next question is,
Well,
What do I do with this energy once I'm aware of it?
And if you're not sure what it is,
If there's confusion or uncertainty,
That's okay,
That's your next step.
I have to release this confusion or uncertainty.
And if you are aware of what this energy is,
Then I want you to just acknowledge it for a moment.
You may be surprised by how much there is,
Or what it is.
See if you can really narrow down to just one thing,
One energy for right now,
One core energy that's keeping you from being a healthy healer,
A balanced healer.
Once you really recognize this energy,
Just take a good look at it.
Perhaps there's something you're afraid of here.
The path to awakening our energies comes through understanding.
So first you have to understand yourself.
You don't have to fix or change anything right now.
Just allow yourself to understand the energy dynamic.
Going on in you.
For example,
Oh,
I don't want to help heal or fix anyone else because then I absorb their pain and I feel worse.
Or I'm afraid that I'll break somebody if I go to help them,
Or I'm not good enough to help anyone else.
Notice just as you recognize what this energy is,
Just with your awareness,
Your nonjudgmental awareness,
It may already begin to shift.
Maybe that gauge begins to rise.
You might go,
Ah,
I see what it is.
I've been fighting this for so long,
Or avoiding it,
Or afraid of it.
And just by looking at it,
Your energy is changing.
Your energy starts to shift.
Your inner healer starts to awaken.
If you were to really heal this in yourself and shift,
What would that look like for your inner healer?
How would you show up in the world differently?
What would your actions and your speech be like,
And your energy?
Don't be afraid of recognizing your own potential.
Make sure you're still breathing.
We don't want a suffocating healer.
Be nice and relaxed.
Allow that gauge to start to rise.
Allow any excess energy to be released.
Any excess energy that's ready to go to melt off of you.
As we heal this deficiency and all the deficiencies in ourselves throughout this series,
What we're really doing is acknowledging our inner power,
Our inner self-worth.
And we're making a conscious decision that we're not going to live in fear,
Or hide,
That we're going to step up into our potential.
So right now in meditation,
Step up,
Step into your power as a healer.
If that means healing yourself first,
Great.
If it means you're ready to help others,
Great.
One more big,
Deep breath in.
Easy sigh out.
You're coming out of any deficiency in your healer energy.
Really good work.
