Welcome to this meditation on the deficient explorer energy.
And if you don't want to explore this meditation with me,
Then you might have some deficiency in this area.
When we experience deficiency in the Explorer,
It might show up as anxiety and fear around the unknown,
Like I don't want to go over that horizon,
Or over that hill,
Or past that limitation,
Because I'm afraid of what might be over there.
And I don't know what's over there,
So I'm afraid of the unknown.
That's very common in the Explorer energy.
We might have beliefs around these false limitations.
We might believe that we can't go that far,
Or it's not for us.
Or who am I to explore?
I have to go to my nine-to-five job and pay my taxes and be square.
I don't have time for all this exploration.
There's this avoidance of adventure in the deficient Explorer energy.
Maybe we avoid traveling,
Or we avoid exploring physics or astronomy,
Because we're afraid that we're not smart enough,
Good enough.
We don't have enough money,
Time,
Energy.
So we might also step into this vibration of almost excessive concern for safety.
Like,
Oh,
I can't step out of my lane,
I could get hurt.
Maybe we devalue discovery and mystery.
Perhaps there's a lack of imagination and wonder,
Or even just a lack of interest in the unknown,
Because we feel safe in the known.
So if you lean into feeling safe in the known and you want to stay there,
There might be some deficiency in your Explorer energy.
Okay,
I think I over-explained that.
So when we go into the deficient Explorer,
We might find self-limitation,
We might find apathy and disinterest,
And we might find fear.
But I will leave it up to you to explore what it is.
So go ahead and close your eyes.
And I want you to know that you can have fun exploring energy that maybe isn't always that pleasant,
Because it's interesting to find out what's holding us back.
It's fascinating.
So when you close your physical eyes here,
And you open your mind's eye to look inwards,
You're exploring your inner world.
Just recognize that for a moment,
And you can turn the lights on on the inside of you.
You can hit the light switch.
And let's see if we could find out what's holding us back from fully embracing and finding our potential with our Explorer.
So I'd like you to get a sense of if there's an energy that's been keeping you from adventure,
That's been dampening your curiosity and wonder,
Maybe that invalidates you,
I'm not smart enough to explore the sciences or history,
Anthropology,
Futurism,
Psychology,
Consciousness,
Whatever your interests are.
See if you could start to pinpoint an energy that kind of blocks you from going in a direction your Explorer really wants to go in.
Notice what this energy is made of.
Does it have the vibration of fear,
Of invalidation,
Of apathy,
Of boredom,
Some kind of limitation or anxiety?
There's not enough time or money,
I don't have enough space,
Who am I to do this,
To look at that.
I'm not Frodo from Lord of the Rings,
I can't just go on an adventure.
I'm not the Buddha,
I don't have time to sit and close my eyes and explore consciousness.
Find what that energy is for you,
Acknowledge it.
And notice you can even explore that energy.
Maybe you take a look at it and ask it where it comes from.
You may have a clear sense of where it comes from or you might not,
And that's okay.
But as you acknowledge this energy,
As you recognize maybe where it's been stopping you on your path or holding you back,
See if you can allow some of it to gently peel off of you or melt off of you.
And something that might be helpful here is to explore what your life will look like if you give in to this energy.
So if you give in to fear or apathy or limitation,
What will that do to your exploratory path in life?
How will your life look if you stay home and apathy and never travel or never look inwards in a deep way?
Perhaps what you've been avoiding or afraid of the whole time is not actually exploring what your life will look like if you don't.
And that in that fear or avoidance we start to create exactly what we don't want.
We fall into patterns and mundane routines.
And then ask yourself what your life will look like if you overcome this energy,
If you pass through the fire of this energy,
If you face your fear or limitation and continue walking.
Maybe you even bring the energy with you on your adventure.
We don't get over fear and then go on an adventure.
We get over the fear as we pass through it on the adventure.
So what does your life look like if you take this call of adventure,
Whatever it is that you want to explore,
Or notice what that feels like?
Allow this deficiency energy to start to melt off of you.
Recognize that the world is infinite,
That there are infinite possibilities.
And many of these limitations that we experience are often self-imposed.
And part of becoming an explorer is breaking through limitations.
It's going past the horizon.
It's going to places people say we can't go,
That are too dangerous or far off.
That's part of the call of the explorer is to go into the unknown and to pass through any of that fear or limitation.
That is the call.
Feel your energy starting to come more into alignment with your explorer.
You can explore an anthill,
A galaxy,
Your own consciousness,
Anything you want.
Nobody can tell you what you can or can't explore.
Feel that energy opening up in you.
Great work.
Take a deep breath in.
Easy sigh out.
Feel that explorer energy in you,
That vibration starting to expand out of your body.
Make a commitment to yourself here that you're going to do more exploring,
That you're going to lean into what makes you afraid.
And you're going to have fun doing it.
Because at the end of the day,
This is a journey.
It's an adventure.
And life is waiting for us to take it.
So enjoy the process,
Enjoy the path.
And I will see you in the next meditation.
Go explore.
Take care.
