This is Danielle and I have a soundbite for you Sometimes when you have the urge to eat a snack you tend to go for sugar or carbs when you aren't hungry You want to distract yourself and that has become a way that you can soothe yourself You feel like you deserve it and you should be able to have it So what we want to do is we want to repeat these mantras over and over again So they can change the programming and become part of your new subconscious.
You say it so you believe it so we're going to start and You want to repeat this to yourself?
