Hello and welcome.

I'm Lise and I'd like to invite you to join me in setting an intention to tap into a creative flow,

Letting go of the endless cycles of information that flood our awareness every day.

So,

Let's set our sanctuary space,

Where we can drop into a soft landing place,

Either seated or laying down,

With your spine as straight as possible,

Where you are comfortable and relaxed,

Perhaps with some warm cozy blankets,

A light cover,

Or a cool breeze from a nearby fan.

Whatever makes you most comfortable.

And in this sanctuary,

You have everything you need,

Clean air,

Peace of mind,

And the freedom to simply be still for a few moments.

There's nothing that needs your attention right now.

No agreements to uphold,

Or deadlines to meet.

Just space and time to negotiate your well-being.

And so now that we are all settled into our sanctuary space,

Let's begin to notice our breath.

In a few moments,

I want you to take a deep breath in and at the top of your inhale,

Rest for 3 seconds.

And then at the bottom of your exhale,

I want you to hold gently for 3 seconds,

Aligning this pause with the rhythm of your body.

This isn't about stopping your breath and holding tight.

This is about introducing a pause to give your intention a little room to visit.

So if you're ready,

Let's take a deep breath in,

And pause for 3 seconds,

And exhale for 3 seconds.

Again,

Inhale for 3 seconds,

And exhale for 3 seconds.

And with every pause,

Tune into the state of calmness and openness and flow.

And returning to our normal breathing pattern,

I want you to pull that feeling of calm and openness and flow forward.

Let it resonate within you.

And moving into the embodiment of a state of flow,

Where time seems to be non-existent,

Just a sense of expansion and openness and possibility without boundaries.

Here is where pure potential exists.

And from this place,

Let's set an intention to focus on an idea that you'd like to play with.

An idea that brings you joy and catches your attention.

Something that sparks your curiosity and passion.

And as you sit within this flow state,

Let's notice a softening of your boundaries.

Using your imagination,

You can exist anywhere and be anything.

And with your inhale,

Draw in the quality of focus.

And with your exhale,

Release your distractions and barriers.

Imagine how effortless your activities are,

With your body and mind relaxed but fully engaged in the moment.

This is the flow state.

And with your next inhale,

Breathe in anticipation.

And with your exhale,

Release any limitations,

Going completely with the flow.

Deeply absorbed in the moment.

We are going to transition that intentional stillness into more and more alertness.

Cultivating a heightened sense of awareness.

And as we conclude our practice today,

Let's take a moment to acknowledge the space you've created and give thanks for the expanded flow that moves naturally with you into your day.
