Take a slow,
Deep breath in and gently exhale.
Feel your body supported beneath you.
Notice your feet,
Your legs,
Your back,
And your shoulders.
You are held.
You are safe.
Bring your attention inward,
Following the natural rhythm of your breath.
Inhale calm and exhale tension.
Silently remind yourself,
I am open.
I am supported.
I am ready to receive life fully.
Today we will explore receiving life,
All of its abundance,
Love,
And lessons as it naturally flows.
Notice any tension,
Expectation,
Or resistance you might carry.
Notice that little voice inside that says,
I need to control life to feel safe.
I can only receive if I earn it.
I must wait for the perfect moment.
You don't need to analyze or fight these thoughts.
Simply notice them.
Imagine these patterns as leaves floating down a gentle river.
With each exhale,
Release them.
With each inhale,
Invite openness,
Ease,
And trust.
Silently affirm,
I release control and expectation.
I am open to life as it comes.
I trust that what I need will flow to me in its perfect timing.
One more time,
I release control and expectation.
I am open to life as it comes.
I trust that what I need will flow to me in its perfect timing.
Now picture a golden light above your head,
Flowing down through your body.
It fills your heart,
Your chest,
Your abdomen.
Expanding outward to surround you in warmth and calm.
See yourself standing on the edge of the river of life.
Notice the gentle current carrying love,
Abundance,
Opportunities,
And joy.
You don't need to force it,
Chase it,
Or grasp it.
Simply be present,
Open,
And rest.
Silently affirm,
I receive life fully,
Without resistance.
I am worthy of love,
Abundance,
And joy.
I am flowing with life,
Not against it.
One more time,
I receive life fully,
Without resistance.
I am worthy of love,
Abundance,
And joy.
I am flowing with life,
Not against it.
Take a few breaths here,
Feeling the rhythm of life moving through and around you.
Notice the lightness,
The ease,
And the gentle flow within your body and mind.
Take one final deep grounding breath in through your nose,
And exhale fully through your mouth.
Carry this awareness with you.
Life isn't something to control or perfect.
It's something to receive fully and openly,
With trust,
Presence,
And gratitude.
