Welcome to a guided meditation by Create the Calm.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.
Feel your body begin to settle,
Supported by the surface beneath you.
Notice where your feet,
Your back,
And your shoulders meet this support.
Allow the weight of your body to remind you,
You are held.
You are safe.
Let your attention drift inward.
With each inhale,
Gather calm and clarity.
With each exhale,
Release tension,
Worry,
And the busyness of your mind.
Silently whisper,
I am safe,
I am supported,
I am open to possibility.
Notice how the words feel in your body.
Allow yourself to rest here for a few breaths,
Knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.
Many of us carry subtle fears that shape the way we live.
Perhaps they sound like this,
I have to choose between money or love.
Or money leaves me as fast as it comes in.
Or people like me don't get rich.
Or even,
Relationships are mostly about sexual attraction and I'm just not attractive enough.
Notice which of these whispers feels familiar to you today.
You don't need to judge or analyze it,
Simply acknowledge its presence.
Now imagine each fear as a leaf floating on a stream.
See it gently drifting along the water,
Moving further and further away from you.
With every breath,
Imagine releasing tension,
Worry,
And the old stories that no longer serve you.
Breathe in calm.
Breathe out fear.
Breathe in possibility.
Breathe out limitation.
Notice how each exhale softens your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your jaw.
Feel the tension melt away,
As though the body itself remembers that scarcity is not your truth.
Now picture a warm radiant light above your head,
Soft,
Luminous,
Comforting.
It flows down slowly,
Touching your crown,
Your forehead,
Your shoulders,
Your chest.
This light carries reassurance,
Clarity,
And trust.
It softens fear and opens space for abundance and connection.
Feel it moving down your arms,
Your abdomen,
Your legs,
All the way to your feet.
With every breath,
The light expands outward,
Creating a cocoon of safety around you.
Here there's no need to choose between love and money.
Here you can receive both fully and freely.
As you breathe,
Repeat gently,
I am open to abundance in all forms.
Doing what I love and prosperity flow to me effortlessly.
I am worthy of receiving fully.
One more time.
I am open to abundance in all forms.
Doing what I love and prosperity flow to me effortlessly.
I am worthy of receiving fully.
Allow your awareness to rest on the sensations in your body.
Notice a lightness in your chest,
A softening in your shoulders,
A gentle sense of confidence rising from within.
Imagine now the light growing brighter,
Spreading beyond your body,
Filling the space around you.
See it dissolving the false stories that once limited you.
Feel the fear of not being enough slowly melt away.
Spend a few breaths reflecting on this truth.
Life is abundant.
Your worth is not measured by money,
Appearance,
Or achievement.
Your capacity for love,
Joy,
And prosperity is vast.
If any lingering doubts appear,
Meet them with compassion.
Visualize holding these doubts in your hands and gently placing them into the light.
Allow them to dissolve.
Return your focus to your breath,
Your body,
And the soft,
Steady glow surrounding you.
Take a moment to silently whisper,
I release scarcity and fear.
I trust in life's natural flow.
I am open to love,
Abundance,
And joy.
Let's say that again.
I release scarcity and fear.
I trust in life's natural flow.
I am open to love,
Abundance,
And joy.
Take one final deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it gently for a moment and exhale fully through your mouth.
Feel yourself grounded,
Steady,
And open.
Carry this awareness with you.
There is enough.
Enough love,
Enough support,
Enough abundance,
And you,
You are enough.
Know that each step you take in the world can be guided by this trust and this openness.
