Hello,

My name's Corrine and thank you for joining me today.

Take this moment to completely relax.

You can lay down,

You can sit tall,

Any way that you would like.

You're very welcome to drift off to sleep in this meditation.

So feel free to lay down,

Get cosy.

Wherever you are,

Close your eyes and let's take a few deep breaths together.

Take a long,

Deep inhale through the nose and follow that breath into the belly.

And take a big,

Releasing breath out the mouth.

Breathe in.

And breathe out,

Let it go.

One last deep breath here.

Inhale.

Breathing deep into the belly.

And exhale,

Let any tension completely release.

Coming back to a more natural pace of breath.

And feel your body softening and relaxing more and more with each breath.

Letting go of any thoughts,

Distractions,

Your day or to-do list.

Simply be present and in the moment.

In your mind's eye,

Take yourself to a beautiful waterfall.

You are standing in front of a beautiful waterfall.

Really take yourself there.

What's around you?

What nature's around you?

What country are you in?

How big or small is the waterfall?

The water flows over the smooth rocks.

You enjoy the soothing sound of the water as it cascades down into a calm,

Clear pool below.

The sunlight reflects on the water,

Creating little sparkles of light that dance on the water's surface.

Let the waterfall fill your mind.

Let the waterfall awaken all your senses.

And feel your body resting deep into this relaxation.

As you stand by this waterfall,

You feel the sun shining down on you.

The sun sends its rays of light towards you.

You tilt your face up towards the sun's soft glow,

And you feel the warmth as it touches your skin.

As the sunlight enters your body,

As you breathe it in,

You fill every cell in your body with calm and peace.

Let this warmth melt away any remaining tension in your body.

You feel a big urge to go and stand under the waterfall.

You take a little step closer,

And you feel the mist of the waterfall as it sprays on your body.

It feels so cooling,

So refreshing.

You take a little step closer,

And closer,

Until you're standing fully under the waterfall.

It begins to wash all over your body,

Almost like it's in slow motion.

The water starts at the top of your head,

And slowly soothes every part of your body.

The water flows down over your forehead,

Down your face,

Your neck,

And your shoulders.

With every drop of water,

You feel a wave of relaxation washing over you.

The waterfall continues to flow down your chest,

Your belly,

And your hips.

Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter with every drop.

Feel this water as it travels,

As it flows down your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

All the way down to your feet.

The water is soft and gentle,

But also so powerful,

Bringing peace and calm as it washes over your body.

As you rest,

Let the waterfall fill you with calm,

Feel your whole body softening more and more.

Feel the water washing over you,

Soothing your mind,

And bringing deep stillness to your body.

Your body is so relaxed that it feels weightless,

Like you're floating on the surface of the water.

The waterfall's rhythm is so gentle and soothing,

You feel like you're drifting away,

Drifting away.

Take a few moments here to relax,

To enjoy the waterfall,

To enjoy the warmth of the sun,

To enjoy the sound of the waterfall and the calmness of the water as it washes over your body.

You're very welcome to drift away,

But if you're ready,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room,

Wiggling the fingers,

The toes,

Bringing gentle movement back to your body.

Let's take one more deep breath in,

Filling your body with the calmness of the waterfall,

And as you exhale,

Feel that calm wash over you,

Let it linger and stay with you.

Thank you,

I hope you enjoyed the meditation.

Please give me a follow or leave a comment if you did.

Thank you so much,

Wishing you well,

And have a beautiful day.
