Hello and thank you for joining me,

Corrine,

For this relaxing ocean meditation.

So get comfortable,

Lay down,

Put on blankets or whatever else will make you feel settled and completely relaxed.

Take any wiggles that you need to to get that extra bit comfortable and close your eyes.

And as you close your eyes,

Allow your body to completely settle into the earth.

Letting go of any tension,

Feel all your muscles soften in your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your shoulders and your arms.

Take a long breath in and as you exhale let everything sink down into the earth beneath you.

Let's take a long deep breath in,

Filling the lungs of calm and as you exhale you soften deeper and deeper into the ground.

Breathe in calm and exhale you relax.

Let your breath be smooth,

Steady and flowing.

As you lie here,

Imagine that you're lying on a beautiful tropical beach.

That might be a beach that you've been to recently,

Maybe somewhere that you hope to go to in the future,

Maybe somewhere with special memories,

Maybe a beach from the media or something that you've made up in your mind.

Absolutely any kind of beach is fine.

Fully take yourself there.

Beneath you,

The sand is warm and soft.

Above you,

The sun is shining.

The sky is a perfect shade of blue with a few wisps of clouds drifting by.

You hear the gentle rustles of the palm trees as they sway in the breeze.

Their long and graceful leaves dance lightly in the wind.

You feel the touch of the ocean breeze on your skin and the air is sweet,

Filled with the scent of sea and tropical flowers.

The waves in the distance are calm and the waters are deep turquoise.

As you rest here,

The entire world feels so peaceful and still.

Imagine that you're floating on the water.

You're floating on the warm,

Crystal clear waters of the ocean.

Your body feels completely weightless,

Floating effortlessly as the water cradles you.

The waves are soft and gentle,

Like a soothing lullaby.

As you float on the water,

You notice that the waves are synchronized to your breath.

As you inhale,

You feel the wave lift you gently.

As you exhale,

You feel the wave soften,

Carrying you deeper into relaxation.

As you breathe in,

The wave rises,

Lifting your body ever so slightly.

As you exhale,

The wave recedes,

Softly bringing you back down to the water.

Inhale,

Your body gently rises like a leaf on water.

Exhale,

Let the wave take you deeper,

Releasing any tension left in the body.

You feel completely light and free.

As you float in the beautiful warmth of the tropical waters,

You feel completely at peace.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to go.

Enjoy the feeling of the ocean cradling you and rocking you softly.

Enjoy the sounds of the waves,

The birds in the sky,

The sun so warm on your skin.

The rustling of the palm trees and the calm of the ocean surrounding you.

The calm of the ocean helps to soothe every part of your body and your mind,

Bringing you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

As you float here,

Take a moment to feel gratitude for this beautiful experience and for the opportunity to rest and restore in such a beautiful and tranquil place.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly bring the awareness back to the room.

Feel your body laying on your mat.

Feel the weight of your body.

Feel the breath flowing in and out of your nose.

And deepening that breath into the belly.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Take any other movements that you wish to help you awaken.

And as you start moving,

Bring the calm energy of the ocean,

The breeze,

And the warmth of the tropical sun.

Bring it with you and let it stay with you.
