Welcome to this meditation session.

I'm Coach Christine.

This session is designed to help you break free from analysis paralysis and to take actionable steps towards your health,

Wellness,

And fitness goals.

Let's get started by finding a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Then slowly let that air out through your mouth.

Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment,

Letting go of distractions,

Or worries.

Not casting judgment on anything that may arise during this session,

Just noticing as worries or distractions come across the mind,

Seeing them like clouds in the sky,

Saying,

I see you,

And then watching them drift away across the skyscape of your mind.

Now begin to bring your awareness to your body.

Starting at the top of your head,

With your mind's eye,

Become present in that area of the body.

And like honey dripping down from the crown of the head,

We are going to scan downwards very slowly.

Attention on the crown,

The follicles of the hair,

The forehead,

The ears.

Although someone has cracked an egg on the top of your head and that awareness is just dripping down to the jaw,

The back of the neck,

Noticing any areas of tension or tightness or holding on.

And just like the cloud in the sky,

Releasing that tension.

Down to the shoulders,

The tops of the arms,

The armpits,

The upper chest,

The upper back.

Soften and relax the thoracic area,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Your lungs,

Your mid back,

Your lats,

Your intercoastal muscles.

Soften and relax.

Down to the solar plexus,

The center of the body,

The belly button,

The low back,

The obliques,

The sides of the body,

Into the hips,

The sacrum,

The glutes,

The hip flexors.

Soften and relax.

Down into the legs,

Your quadriceps,

Your hamstrings,

The front and back of the legs,

The sides,

Your abductors and adductors,

Your knees,

Front and back.

Down to the TA,

The front of the calf,

The back of the calf,

The sides,

Into the ankles.

Soften and relax.

To the top of the feet,

Every single toe,

To the bottom of the feet,

The heels.

Feel a wave of relaxation flow through your entire body.

Noticing,

Grounding you in the present moment.

Notice the floor,

The earth,

Whatever it is beneath your feet,

How it supports you.

Being here,

In your body.

Now,

Shift your focus to your breath.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing,

Without trying to change it.

As you inhale,

Feel your belly rise and fall like a wave.

With each breath,

Imagining that calm clarity coming in as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

See your doubts and worries leave your body.

Inhaling,

Clarity.

Exhaling,

Doubts.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Continue to breathe deeply and evenly.

Imagine that clarity lighting up your whole body.

And with every exhalation,

That clarity growing brighter as you exhale the doubt and you exhale the worries.

Again,

Saying goodbye to what you don't need and allowing your breath to anchor you here in the present moment.

Now,

Imagine yourself at the edge of a serene forest.

The air is fresh and you can feel a gentle breeze on your skin.

Take in the forest.

It's lush,

Green nature.

It welcomes you.

And as you begin to step into the forest,

You notice a clear path ahead.

Despite the density and lush greenness of the forest ahead of you,

See the path open before you.

This path represents your journey towards your health,

Your wellness,

And your fitness goals.

Start to walk along the path one step at a time.

As you walk along,

Imagine the specific goals you want to achieve.

See them clearly in your mind's eye.

It could be becoming more physically fit,

Making healthier eating choices,

Finding a better work-life balance,

Whatever it is that you need.

Whatever goals you're working towards,

Picture them vividly.

Use your senses on this path in the forest.

How do your goals smell?

How do they taste?

How do they feel?

What surrounds you?

Who surrounds you?

Who needs to walk on this path with you?

See them vividly.

See them unfold before you.

Now,

As you travel along this path with your goals and all of their glory laid out in front of you,

Imagine a barrier.

This barrier represents your analysis paralysis.

Anything that's holding you back,

An obstacle,

A roadblock.

What are the things that are stopping you from taking action?

Give this barrier a form,

A wall,

A thick fog,

A literal roadblock.

Notice how you feel with that barrier before you.

And now,

All your goals on the other side of it,

And you unable to pass through.

Acknowledge any fears or doubts that arise as this barrier faces you.

Now,

Take a deep breath.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through the mouth.

Return to your presence.

Return to your power.

Again,

Inhale.

But this time,

As you exhale,

See yourself breaking through this barrier.

It crumbles away,

Revealing the path ahead once more.

Feel that sense of empowerment,

Of freedom,

As you continue walking towards your goals that have always been waiting for you on the other side,

To simply step into your power.

Now,

Let's reinforce your commitment to action.

Silently,

Or out loud,

Repeat these affirmations after me.

I am capable of making decisions and taking action.

I trust my inner intuition and my judgment.

Every step I take brings me closer to my goals.

I release fear and embrace confidence.

I am committed to my health,

Wellness and fitness journey.

Feel the truth of these statements resonate within you.

Embrace the confidence and determination that comes with each affirmation.

Take a moment now to set a specific intention for the rest of your day or week.

It could be something small and manageable,

Like going for a walk,

Or preparing one healthy meal,

Or dedicating time to a workout.

Whatever it is,

Make it a concrete step.

Make it actionable,

Time sensitive.

Give it detail.

Get into the nitty gritty of the thing.

Be specific.

Silently,

State your intention to yourself.

Just one thing that you will follow through on today or this week.

State that intention to yourself,

Feeling the resolve and motivation and empowerment that it brings,

Knowing that you have the power to follow through and make progress.

And every step counts.

Every action,

A vote for who you want to be or what you want to achieve.

Know that you are capable.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

Take a few more deep breaths to really let that power sink in,

To feel the clarity and determination within you.

As you start to emerge,

When you are ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Maybe take some gentle side to side head and neck movements.

Slowly reemerge.

Open your eyes and feel,

Really feel into the power that has always resided inside of you.

Thank you for taking this time for yourself today.

And remember that each step you take leads you to significant progress on your journey.

Even the smallest action counts.

Carry this sense of empowerment with you as you move forward on your unique journey into your day,

Your week and months to come.
