Hey,
I'm really glad you're here.
Before we get into anything,
Just take a second with me.
Unclench your jaw,
Drop your shoulders a little,
And just take a slow breath in and out.
There's nothing you need to do right now.
You don't need to fix anything.
You're just here,
Learning yourself a little more deeply.
Okay,
So let's talk about chakras,
But in a way that actually makes sense.
You don't have to think of this as anything complicated or overly spiritual.
Think of chakras like little energy centers in your body,
And each one is connected to a different part of your life.
Your safety,
Your emotions,
Your confidence,
Your voice,
Your intuition.
And here's the thing,
They're not either good or bad,
Or open or closed.
They're just responding to your life,
To your stress,
To your experiences,
To the things you've been through.
So if you've ever felt anxious for no reason,
Shut down emotionally,
Unsure of yourself,
Like you can't speak up,
That's not you being broken.
That's your energy trying to process something.
And what we're doing in this series is just gently bringing awareness back to those places.
No pressure,
No perfection,
Just noticing.
So let's do a really simple check-in together.
If it feels okay,
Close your eyes,
Bring your attention to the top of your head,
And just slowly start to move your awareness down your body,
Your forehead,
Your jaw,
Your throat,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
And just notice without judging where things feel tight,
Or heavy,
Or maybe even numb.
You don't need to change it,
Just notice.
Take a few moments right now to scan your body and see what you're feeling.
And now take one deeper breath in and let it go.
That's all we're doing here.
Awareness first.
As you go about your day,
Just gently ask yourself,
Where do I feel the most at ease in my life right now?
And where do I feel the most tension?
Not to fix it,
Just to understand it.
And while you're sitting there,
Let's just repeat this affirmation.
You're not behind,
You're not broken.
You are learning yourself,
Layer by layer.
And that's enough.
Namaste,
Beautiful people.
