Welcome,

Beautiful people.

Close your eyes,

If you haven't already,

And take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Let it go with ease.

Now picture yourself standing in a forest.

It's quiet,

So still that even the trees seem to be holding their breath.

Now look up.

Look at the tops of the trees.

Look at the light filtering through the canopy above.

Look at the sun gently pushing through.

Feel that sunlight warming your skin.

Let the hush of the forest wrap around you like a soft blanket.

Right now,

There are no cars,

No clocks,

Nothing,

Just the rhythm of nature.

Can you hear it?

Your own breath rising and falling,

The steady beat of your heart.

This is what presence feels like.

This is what it feels like to be here right now,

In this moment.

It isn't loud.

It doesn't shout.

It simply is.

Breathe.

Feel.

And just be.

No effort needed.

Just this moment.

Just you and the trees.

Take another deep breath in.

And release.

If your eyes were closed,

Go ahead and open them now.

Bring yourself back into your surroundings.

And carry that quiet with you for the rest of your day.
