Welcome.

Take a moment to settle into stillness.

Allow your body to soften,

Your shoulders to drop,

And your breath to deepen.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself surrounded by the quiet of winter.

The air is crisp,

The world hushed under a blanket of snow.

Notice how this season invites you inward towards rest,

Reflection,

And gentle renewal.

With each inhale,

Feel the cool clarity of winter air filling your lungs.

With each exhale,

Release any heaviness as if your worries dissolve into the frosty mist.

Bring your attention to your body.

Winter can sometimes feel heavy,

Slowing our energy.

Notice any places where you carry that weight,

Perhaps in your chest,

Your jaw,

Or your belly.

As you breathe,

Imagine soft snow melting in those areas,

Washing away tension,

Leaving behind ease and lightness.

Winter can affect our mood,

Sometimes bringing stillness,

Sometimes shadows.

Allow yourself to honor both.

The quiet can feel lonely,

But it also offers space for rest.

As you breathe,

Imagine a gentle winter sun rising,

Casting golden light across the snow.

Feel its warmth reminding you that even in the coldest seasons,

Light is always returning.

Take one more deep breath,

Filling yourself with clarity and calm.

Exhale,

Letting go of anything you no longer need.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry with you the reminder that winter is not only a season of cold,

But also of renewal,

Rest,

And quiet strength.

Repeat this affirmation to yourself as you need.

I trust my inner strength and choose joy in this moment.

Until next time,

Namaste,

Beautiful people.
