Welcome.

Good evening beautiful people.

Let's take this moment to pause,

To gently arrive in your body,

In this breath,

In this now.

Close your eyes if that feels comfortable and begin to slow your inhale and soften your exhale.

Let the rhythm of your breath become your anchor,

Like waves lapping at the edge of the evening.

Notice the weight of your body being supported.

You don't have to hold anything up.

Not right now,

Not tonight.

And as your breath settles,

Imagine you're outside beneath a quiet sky.

The air is calm,

The light is fading.

There's a breeze passing through,

Cool and reassuring,

Like the world is exhaling with you.

With each breath,

Release the day.

Let go of the tasks,

The words,

The tension.

Let them pass through like leaves floating downstream.

You're not here to perform.

You're here to restore.

Feel yourself joining a slower rhythm.

One that says,

I'm allowed to stop.

I'm allowed to rest.

Linger here in this hush.

Let the stillness wrap around you like twilight itself.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes with gentleness.

Carry this peace with you like a lantern through the evening.

Have a beautiful evening.

Namaste.
