My name's Louise.
We're going to do a money mindset meditation.
We can start by slowing our breath.
Taking deep breath in.
Holding at the top.
I'm gonna push the breath out.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it and push the breath out.
Another deep breath in.
Hold it and push the breath out.
You are going to have a positive money mindset.
You deserve to have abundance.
You deserve positivity.
Your default setting is abundance.
Abundance with love.
Abundance with money.
Abundance with opportunities.
Notice the serendipities.
Notice the synchronicities in your life.
Look out for those instances where things are offered to you.
It may be small things.
It may be money.
It may be offers of help.
Always try to be grateful and always accept the opportunities.
Those opportunities may lead to something else.
Every day,
Keep a gratitude journal.
It could be something just as small as,
Thank you for the sunshine this morning.
It could be something huge like,
Thank you for somebody that I know healing from an illness.
It could be something small like,
Thank you for the butterfly that just landed on the flower.
Could be something like,
Thank you for my family.
Always try to live in gratitude.
And even if you're having a bad day,
Try to be grateful for something.
There's always something to be thankful for.
And in this way,
You will learn to see the abundance of life.
You will learn to see and accept that there are always opportunities and things being offered to us that we can grab.
