Make yourself comfortable and if you wish,

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath and hold it for 4 seconds.

Now release that breath and hold for 4 seconds.

Now breathe normally and adjust your position to be really comfortable.

Breathe in and then as you breathe out slowly,

Imagine all the stale breath inside you releasing.

Breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity.

Breathe in the positive and breathe out the negative.

Breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity.

Breathe in the positive and breathe out the negative.

As you breathe in and out,

Think about your toes and fingers,

Really relax them.

Breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity.

Breathe in the positive and breathe out the negative.

Now think about your neck and shoulders and as you breathe in and out,

Feel any tension flow away.

Breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity.

Breathe in the positive and breathe out the negative.
