Louise describes her walk in nature. This reminds Louise of how her thoughts in a low mood can be blown away in moments. Like the leaves from the trees - nature having a refresh. There is nothing to do. Just watch the low mood pass. ambient music © Tom Evans Photo by Mikhail Nilov

So as I go on my morning walk with the dogs,

Just amazed at how beautiful everything is.

The trees blowing in the wind,

Heading towards losing their leaves because it's early October.

Just wonderful.

Sun peeps out,

Goes back in.

It reminds me of how I was feeling yesterday,

And even though it was more sunny yesterday,

I was actually in a low mood.

Not really sure why,

Probably because I'd eaten the wrong things on Saturday.

You know,

Wasn't feeling entirely great,

Bit of a low mood.

But to get out in this wonderful weather,

I can see blue sky,

I can see grey clouds,

I can see white clouds.

I can see lots and lots of trees in the blustery wind,

And it's just beautiful.

And it reminds me of my thoughts passing by like clouds,

And how it's so easy to get into a low mood.

Happens to all of us,

We're all human.

And then you just can't see the sun,

Can't see the blue sky.

It's there the whole time,

But you just can't see it.

It's like our innate health.

We're all innately healthy with mental health,

And nothing can break us.

There's nothing wrong with us.

We're just having a cloudy day and a low mood.

And it will clear,

It always does.

Might clear in a few minutes,

Might clear in a few hours,

Or days sometimes.

But it's okay,

You just know that your innate health and your goodness,

Your wisdom is always there,

Always there behind.

And the wind just helps things blow away,

Helps things freshen up.

A bit of nature's cleaning,

Shaking the leaves,

Letting the leaves fall,

And just having a bit of a refresh.

That's how I feel today.

I feel great today,

Even though the weather doesn't look so great.

I don't care.

I know that I am innately healthy.

Anyway,

Till next time.

A sweet talk. I love the “bit of refresh”, I feel that with each new day. Always grateful for the sunrise. 🙏☀️
