So get comfortable in your position,
Seated or lying down,
Letting your body being supported by the earth beneath you.
Take a long,
Slow breath in through the nose,
And a longer,
Steady breath out through the mouth.
Again,
A long,
Slow breath in through the nose,
And a longer,
Steady breath out through the mouth.
Letting your shoulders drop now,
Staying with these slow,
Steady breaths.
Now bring one hand over your heart centre.
Feel the subtle warmth beneath your palm.
Feel the rhythm of your own life.
We all have times when life pulls us away from ourself.
Stress accumulates.
Unresolved experiences linger.
The mind begins to lead with urgency,
Protection and survival.
We move away from our nature.
We move away from the quiet rhythm of the earth and into the spinning stories of the mind.
Over time,
The heart closes slightly to guard what feels vulnerable.
And yet,
Your natural state is compassion.
Your natural state is intuitive wisdom.
Your natural state is coherence.
For it never leaves you.
It is only waiting beneath the noise.
So take another deep breath into your heart.
Exhale slowly.
Remember,
Longer exhales signal safety to your nervous system.
With each breath,
Imagine your body remembering something ancient.
Now let's take a gentle journey into nature.
In your mind's eye,
See yourself standing at the edge of a forest.
The air is clean.
The earth steady beneath your feet.
Bird songs move through the trees.
This is the place your soul remembers.
Begin walking slowly into the forest now.
With each step,
You leave behind the noise of the mind.
Feel your bare feet touching the soil.
Feel the roots beneath the surface connecting everything.
Stress begins to dissolve into the rhythm of the earth.
Place your hands again over your heart.
Breathe as if the forest is breathing with you.
Inhale through the heart.
Exhaling,
Releasing.
Listen.
Beneath the thoughts,
Beneath the tension,
Beneath the unfinished conversations of your life,
There is a quieter intelligence.
The trees do not rush.
The river does not force its way.
The mountains do not question their existence.
They simply are,
And so are you.
And now you sit beside a great tree.
Its roots reach deeper into the earth.
Its branches stretch towards the sky.
You lean back gently against its trunk.
Feel its steady presence supporting you.
Stress and unresolved experiences often pull us upward into the thinking mind,
Into analysis,
Into defense,
Into separation.
But the heart lives lower,
Deeper,
Slower,
Bringing your awareness again into your chest.
What sensations are there?
No fixing,
No judging,
Just feeling.
Breathe into any tightness in your body.
Exhale slowly.
Allow your nervous system to settle in the presence of something ancient and grounded.
Feel the earth beneath you.
Feel the tree behind you.
Feel the sky above you.
You are held in all directions.
In this space,
The heart begins to soften.
And as it softens,
Intuitive clarity arises naturally.
You do not have to search for it.
You simply create space for it.
The intelligence of your quiet heart space is reawakening.
Imagine a soft,
Green,
Golden light glowing at the center of your chest.
With each breath now,
It expands.
Not dramatic,
Not overwhelming,
Quiet,
Steady.
This is your heart's intelligence.
The place within you that knows how to discern without fear,
How to feel without drowning,
How to lead without forcing.
Whisper softly inside you,
I return to my heart.

Place your hand once more over your heart.
Now take one very deep breath in.
Hold it for a moment and slowly release it out.
See yourself walking back through the forest,
Carrying this coherence with you.
The world may still move quickly,
But you know how to return.
That's right.
You breathe deeply into your heart.
And you ground into the earth.
And listen.
The capacity to feel,
Discern and lead from the heart has always been within you.
And always will be within you.
It is not something to earn.
It is not something to remember.
Just take one final slow breath.
Feel your body where you are.
Gently begin to move your fingers and toes.
When you are ready,
Softly open your eyes and look around you.
As you move from this meditation,
