Hi Frankie here.

Today's meditation is release the stories of the mind and letting go to sleep.

This meditation gently guides you into the state of deep restorative sleep by helping you release the stories and the thoughts that occupy your mind.

Through calm breathing,

Soothing visualizations and positive reframing it encourages full surrender to the present moment.

Allow this practice to help you to embrace profound relaxation and awaken feeling refreshed and renewed.

If you're not already find yourself lying down comfortable in your bed.

Let your body settle into the mattress feeling supported and safe.

Adjust your blankets and pillow so that you can feel completely at ease.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a count of three and now slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's repeat this two more times.

Inhale through your nose.

Hold two three.

Slowly exhale through your mouth.

One more time.

Deep inhale through your nose.

Hold two three and exhale slowly through your mouth.

I invite you to set an intention to release the stories and thoughts from your mind.

I am ready to embrace sleep.

I release the stories and thoughts from my mind.

Let this intention settle in anchoring you deeply into this meditation.

Physical relaxation.

Bring your attention to your feet.

Allow them to soften and relax.

Feel the muscles letting go of any tension in your feet.

Your awareness moving upwards relaxing your legs.

Feel your knees and thighs release into the bed.

Awareness to your hips and lower back.

Letting go of any tightness.

Letting your abdomen soften.

Feeling your breath moving gently in and out of your body.

Your chest is relaxing.

Allowing your heart to rest in peaceful rhythm.

Softening your shoulders and letting them melt into the mattress.

Moving to your arms.

Relaxing them from the fingertips to the shoulders.

Feeling the tension release from your neck and your throat.

As you start to soften your face,

Relax your jaw,

Your cheeks,

Your forehead and even the space between your eyebrows.

Imagine a warm wave of calmness washing over your entire body from head to toe.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Feeling a sense of peace deepened within with each breath.

We will now create a gentle breath pattern.

Breathing in for a count of four.

Holding for four and exhaling for six.

We'll repeat this four times.

Three,

Four.

Hold two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Letting go of the breath now.

Letting your body breathe how it wants to breathe.

As we go on a little story,

Picture a large lake,

A calm lake in front of you.

The surface is smooth and still,

Reflecting the moonlight above.

Imagine each thought or story in your mind is appearing as a pebble in your hand.

And these pebbles carry weight,

The weight of your thoughts,

Worries,

And to-do lists.

And each has its own weight,

Its own texture,

Symbolizing the emotions and the energies that are tied to them.

As you identify these stories,

Observe how the lake remains calm,

A reminder of the stillness available to you,

Even amidst all your thoughts.

Letting them go,

Gently start tossing each pebble into the lake,

One by one.

Watch as they create small ripples and then sink deep into the water,

Disappearing from sight.

With each pebble you toss,

Feel the weight lift from your mind.

Picture the lake absorbing the stories,

Leaving you lighter and freer,

Releasing all the stories into the pond.

If any stubborn thoughts remain,

Imagine them now transforming into leaves.

Visualize placing them onto the surface of the lake,

And now watch as they gently get carried away from the currents,

Getting carried away from you,

Far into the horizon.

Allow yourself to feel the emptiness in your hands,

And the spaciousness in your mind.

This spacious mind is your sanctuary,

Free from the burdens of the day.

As you return to the calm surface of the lake in your mind,

Observing its tranquil beauty,

Know that it reflects the serenity that you are cultivating within yourself.

You are cultivating a reframe for letting go.

Silently,

You can repeat after me,

I am safe.

I am safe.

My mind is at peace.

My mind is at peace.

Sleep restores my body,

Mind,

And soul.

You can replace any lingering thoughts with the image of a blank,

Peaceful sky.

Imagine it vast and free,

With no clouds or distractions to obscure your serenity.

As you breathe in,

You are breathing in the word calm,

And as you exhale,

You are breathing out,

Let go.

That's right.

Breathing in calm,

And exhaling,

And letting go.

Inhaling calm,

Exhaling,

Letting go.

Letting go.

Imagine yourself now lying on a soft,

Cozy cloud in the sky.

It feels warm and supportive,

Cradling you gently.

The clouds begin to float upwards,

Carrying you into the night sky.

You feel weightless,

You feel free,

As all the burdens of your day have melted away into the atmosphere.

Stars twinkle softly around you.

Each star represents peace,

Calm,

And rest.

Let their gentle light soothe and cradle you.

Feel the glow of each star resonating within you,

Spreading a sense of serenity through your entire being.

The clouds carry you higher,

Away from the day's worries,

Into space.

The vastness of the night sky surrounds you,

Holding you in its infinite embrace.

As your cloud moves deeper into the night,

You notice a warm,

Golden light above you.

This light radiates calm and healing energy.

Feel its glow envelop you,

Gently soothing every muscle and releasing every thought.

Imagine the cloud slowly descending into tranquil fields of dreams,

Blanketed in soft grasses and flowers that release a calming fragrance.

With each breath,

You inhale this serenity and exhale any and all remaining tension.

The stars above form a gentle constellation that seems to tell stories of peace and comfort.

Let your imagination drift into these stories,

Feeling them guide you deeper into the safety of your inner world,

Allowing the rhythm of the clouds' movement and the stars to be your guide.

Like a lullaby for your further,

Deeper rest,

You are fully supported,

Completely safe,

And entirely at peace.

The cloud finally settles into the perfect spot.

Let yourself sink into its softness,

Knowing that you are held by the night's tranquil energy,

Ready to embrace deep,

Restorative sleep.

We will now count down from 10 to 1,

And with each number going deeper and deeper into sleep.

10.

See your mind glowing softly.

With each breath,

Imagine the number 10 dissolving into a wave of calmness that flows over your entire body.

Feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation.

Picture it floating in the air before you as it fades away,

Feeling your body becoming heavier while your mind becomes quieter.

8.

Glowing faintly as it disappears,

Feel a warm sensation spreading through your chest,

Calming your heart.

7.

Let it melt into the background,

And with it,

Release any lingering tension in your shoulders and neck.

6.

Let it dissolve.

Feel your breath becoming softer and more natural.

Imagine a sense of serenity washing over you.

5.

The number 5 glows momentarily before fading.

Let the number 5 allow your arms and hands to become completely relaxed,

Heavy and still.

You're supported and sinking deeply into the mattress,

Relaxed and at ease.

3.

Let the number 3 dissolve the thinking mind,

Dissolving any remaining thoughts or distractions,

Just stillness growing within you.

Feel your entire body at peace,

As if wrapped in a soft warm blanket of calm.

You're drifting effortlessly into the deepest state of relaxation,

Fully surrendering now to sleep.

If you haven't already fallen asleep,

Feel the edges of sleep approaching.

3.

Allow yourself to fully surrender to this present moment.

With each breath,

Let go of any lingering thoughts,

Releasing them into the vast,

Peaceful stillness that's surrounding you.

4.

Your breath is now gentle.

It's a gentle wave,

Pulling you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

With each inhale and exhale,

Going deeper and deeper into your body.

5.

Each breath carries you further away from the day's concerns,

Anchoring you into the tranquility,

The rhythm of sleep.

6.

With every breath you take,

Soft light glowing within you,

Growing and glowing warmer and brighter.

7.

This light represents your inner peace,

And your inner peace is expanding to fill your entire body.

It soothes the mind,

Releases tension from the body,

And quiets every thought.

8.

With every exhale,

Feel yourself sinking more and more into safety and support,

And the comfort of the moment.

9.

Your body is becoming heavier,

But fully supported by your bed,

While your mind is becoming lighter,

Free from the weight of the day,

Allowing yourself to drift even further,

As if floating on a gentle current that carries you effortlessly towards deep,

Restorative sleep.

10.

Let go completely,

Trusting in the natural process of sleep to restore and rejuvenate you.

11.

As you continue breathing,

Notice how the spaces between thoughts are growing longer and quieter.

12.

Feel the stillness within you,

Expanding,

A cocoon of calm and serenity.

13.

You have nothing to do,

Nothing to accomplish,

Nothing left to think about.

14.

Simply let yourself breathe,

And let your breath guide you deeper and deeper into a state of complete release.

15.

Fully surrender now,

Allowing sleep to embrace you entirely.

Rest well,

And when you awaken in the morning,

You'll be feeling refreshed,

Renewed,

And deeply at peace.
