Hi friends,
It's Beth.
Welcome to this 6-minute midday or any time grounding meditation practice.
No doubt your day has become more hectic or just busy since your morning grounding meditation practice.
So let's use this 6 minutes to tune in and sense the depth of our ability to stay present in the minutes and the moments around us as our day continues to move on.
Giving yourself permission to explore the body,
The energy,
The mind,
And anything else where your energy feels pulled or drawn towards.
Are you still able to dive in and sit with a sense of grounding in this moment?
If you are,
Then you can find a sense of connection to the moment around you through a few breaths or simply closing the eyes and taking a moment for yourself.
Do that because learning to tune in to ourselves a little more deeply is really the antidote and the secret to becoming more grounded in our external world.
So for the next minute of your practice,
I invite you to dive deeply into the spaces,
The silence,
The rhythm,
The mystery of the self to seek the sensation of groundedness rather than seeking it from others in the external world.
Where was it that you found within you the deepest and purest sense of grounding?
What did it look like,
More importantly?
What did it feel like?
Create that sensation of being connected to the earth,
To yourself,
And to the spaces around you to spend time with you as you move throughout the rest of your day.
