Let's come together as we start to take some deep breaths,
Filling our belly,
Emptying our thoughts,
Expanding into our heart and emptying our beliefs,
Noticing the space you're creating with the breath,
Just opening yourself up,
Starting to settle into your body,
Your breath,
Dropping it into the body,
So removing yourself from the brain and the thoughts and just dropping down into the body first.
Noticing what you feel inside the skin to be in your own skin.
What does that really feel like?
Releasing the stories,
Releasing any narratives that have been created by the mind by the brain,
But really coming into your own skin.
Noticing the energy that's within,
Noticing the liveliness that's within,
Noticing the lightness that's within.
When you remove context of thought or beliefs or stories or narratives,
You're emptying from that.
You notice there you are.
Something that hasn't been born or died,
Created.
It's always there.
Starting to notice this space in and around your heart.
Just take note of that space.
Notice if your heart feels small or big,
Closed off or open,
Light or heavy,
Just in this moment.
You don't need to analyze what you gather,
But just a simple observation.
Don't run off trying to fix it or change it if it feels small or closed.
It's not about that,
But just really to witness it so you can tune into what it feels like if it is open or if it is closed.
Don't go into the rescuer or the fixer or the solution focused,
But just be with whatever it is in this moment.
So breathe.
While you notice the openness or the closed part,
Be open with,
Be with the lightness or the heaviness.
Just be with whatever it is that you observe that is happening in the heart space in this moment without trying to change anything.
Maybe your heart doesn't feel present at all and that is okay too.
You be with that without trying to do anything with what you observe.
Take a deep breath.
Don't try to start receiving messages or clarity or any of that.
First,
We need to just be okay with being with what we feel what we notice what we observe within the heart in this moment.
Do your best not to add any stories around what you feel or don't feel.
This is part of the process.
You're learning how to hold space for yourself.
Kindness,
Compassion for yourself,
Love for yourself by being with whatever is being presented to you with your heart within your heart.
You don't need to judge it.
You don't need to analyze it.
And maybe you notice that just by being with it,
Holding space for wherever your heart is at,
Sensations,
Feelings,
Emotions start to wash away,
They start to dissipate.
And maybe not,
And that's okay too.
We're fully with each moment of this experience and being okay with it.
Deep breath.
Knowing now how to truly hold space for yourself,
For your heart,
For emotions,
For anything that comes forward.
You gently start to flutter your eyes open.
Moving forward in kindness,
Compassion,
Non judgment towards yourself for yourself.
