As you start to bring awareness to breath,

Bring awareness to body,

To mind,

Giving your mind and your body and your breath permission to relax,

To settle down into ease.

Just take notice.

Take notice of how you're feeling,

Take notice of what you're thinking,

If anything,

And just empty.

Every exhale,

You're emptying fully and completely,

Emptying from worries and fears and figuring things out and emptying from emotions,

Sensations,

And just be,

Just be here right now.

And I want you to allow a grandmother tree to appear in your consciousness.

Take you to a grandmother tree.

Notice if it's just the tree that comes forward or other forced beings that it's surrounded by,

Are you hugging grandmother,

Are you sitting against her or in front of her,

Around her?

What do you notice as grandmother tree comes forward?

Maybe you recognize the tree,

Maybe you don't.

All is perfect.

Just be with grandmother,

Be,

You don't have to receive,

You don't have to do,

You don't.

Think,

Just be in the presence,

Your presence and grandmother presence here right now.

And then just observe and notice.

Allow yourself to be communicating energetically first.

Just feel into each other's presence,

Her with you and you with her.

What can you notice about being,

Being with an elder,

Being with nature?

Again,

Try not to think about it,

But tap into the felt sensation,

The feeling,

The vibration,

The frequency.

Now that you gave yourself the time and space to just be,

You can open yourself up to having a conversation with grandmother.

Notice what that conversation looks like,

What it feels like.

Is there something specific that grandmother wants to share with you,

Wants to gift you with?

And as you slowly start to wrap up your time with grandmother,

Knowing that you can reach out to her at any time and offering up your gratitude,

Your love to her as you bring yourself back to noticing your body,

Your breath and enjoying your moments of time with grandmother.
