Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
I'm your host Ben Holtz and in this breathing meditation we will be taking deep deep breaths through the nose filling the belly chest and head.
Holding our breath just a bit at the top and releasing with a long exhale also through the nose for a medium and powerful relief from stress,
Anxiety and even panic.
Begin by taking a deep breath through your nose filling up your belly chest and head.
Open the mouth and sigh it out.
One more breath just like that.
Open the mouth and sigh it out.
Feel the shoulders,
Neck and back relax.
Feel your fingers and toes,
Arms and legs relax.
Feel every muscle in the face and neck fully relax.
And now fill your belly just relax fully.
I now invite you to imagine a beautiful golden light,
A pure healing energy.
And as we breathe we will breathe this beautiful golden light,
This healing energy into the mind,
The heart,
The soul,
Into every cell in our bodies.
As we breathe we will inhale through the nose for six seconds.
We will briefly hold our breath at the top and we will exhale through the nose for seven to ten seconds.
The longer we exhale the more relaxed we become.
Slowly follow my breath as we breathe in.
Hold.
Inhale through the nose.
Inhale through the nose.

Follow my breath.
And let it go.
Slowly relax.
Inhale the golden light,
Pure healing energy into every cell in the body.
