Welcome to Be With Melinda.

This meditation is for those who know they're still becoming.

For those willing to keep love pure,

To grow in truth,

And to meet one another with intention.

Take a slow breath in and exhale gently.

Let your body soften.

Let your heart open just enough to feel.

Bring to mind someone you love.

See them before you,

Not as separate,

But as a mirror.

Love shows us everything,

What flows,

What closes,

What still longs to be seen.

If something stirs inside,

A flicker of hurt or distance,

Just notice.

Name it softly.

Unsafe.

Disconnected.

Longing.

Now ask your heart,

What do I need right now?

Let the answer come without effort.

Place a hand on your heart and whisper inwardly,

I see you.

You are safe.

You.

Breathe in connection.

Breathe out understanding.

Let the mirror between you and life grow soft and clear.

Stay in this quiet knowing that every relationship is a practice of remembering who you truly are.
