Welcome to Be With Melinda.
This Kabbalah meditation is a sacred invitation to journey inward,
Through the breath,
Through the body,
And into the soul.
Let this be your space of remembrance,
Where your soul meets vitality and stillness,
Movement and divine presence.
This is a soul-centered practice of breath,
Hebrew embodiment,
And divine remembrance.
Here we reclaim the wisdom of the body,
The holiness of our breath,
And the radiance of our spirit.
You will be held and guided through energy centers known as Seferot.
Seferot refer to the ten divine emanations,
Or attributes,
Through which the infinite,
The aim self,
Reveals itself and continually creates both the spiritual and physical realms according to Kabbalistic tradition.
In this meditation,
Breathing through the Seferot means consciously engaging with each of these energy centers within your body and soul.
Each one represents a spiritual quality and corresponds to a part of the body and a stage in your healing or awakening process.
By pairing breath,
Movement,
And sacred words,
You're not just visualizing the tree of life,
You're embodying it.
It's a deeply integrative process of aligning your human experience with divine architecture.
We welcome healing through Slichot,
Forgiveness,
Chen,
Grace,
And Rachamim,
Mercy.
This allows the light of the infinite to rise and return within us.
As you breathe through the Seferot,
You will journey to reclaim your light breath by breath.
Each Seferot will be paired with a gentle movement,
Small intentional gestures to help awaken and integrate your body's divine memory.
I will guide you to gently tighten and release corresponding parts of your body.
You will inhale,
You will exhale,
You will remember.
Your energetic awareness will deepen and the embodiment of your soul's wisdom will expand.
So let's begin.
Create your intention to listen as fully and as clearly as you can.
Malchut is our sovereignty.
Malchut is in our feet and our legs.
Gently press your feet into the ground and engage your legs.
Inhale,
I root into the earth.
Exhale,
I am held.
Whisper,
Malchut,
I reclaim my presence.
The next Seferot is Yisod,
Your pelvic floor,
Your foundation.
Lightly engage your pelvic floor and draw your lower belly inward.
Inhale,
I draw energy into my center.
Exhale,
I trust what is unseen but true.
Whisper,
Yisod,
Trust lives within me.
Next we move to your left hip and leg.
This Seferot is called Hod,
Engages with the attribute of splendor.
Engage your left hip and draw strength upward through your left leg.
Inhale,
I receive clarity and reflection.
Exhale,
I speak truth with grace.
Whisper,
Hod,
Grace flows through me.
The next Seferot is Nesach on our right hip and leg with the attribute of endurance.
Engage your right hip and draw your strength upward.
Inhale,
I gather strength beyond time.
Exhale,
I move forward with forgiveness.
Whisper,
Nesach,
Forgiveness guides my steps.
The next Seferot is Tiferet in our heart,
The attribute being beauty.
Lightly press your shoulder blades together and lift your chest.
Inhale,
I rest in the center of love.
Exhale,
Mercy flows from my heart.
Whisper,
Tiferet,
I am beauty,
Mercy is within me.
The next Seferot is Gevurah in our left arm with the attribute of strength.
Make a gentle fist with your left hand and draw your left shoulder in.
Inhale,
I awaken to sacred discipline.
Exhale,
I honor my limits with love.
Whisper,
El Gibor,
God of strength,
Help me hold myself wisely.
The next Seferot is Chesed on our right arm and the attribute is loving kindness.
Make a gentle fist with your right hand and hug your right elbow inward.
Inhale,
I welcome giving.
Exhale,
I soften in divine overflow.
Whisper,
Ani Chesed,
Loving kindness lives through me.
The next Seferot is Bina on the left side of our head.
Its attribute is understanding.
Gently lift your left ear towards the sky and inhale,
I open to depth.
And exhale,
I receive sacred discernment.
Whisper,
Ani Bina,
Understanding anchors my knowing.
The next Seferot is Chochmah on the right side of our head.
Its attribute is wisdom.
Gently lift your right ear towards the sky.
Inhale,
A spark of knowing enters me.
Exhale,
I trust what I cannot explain.
Whisper,
Or HaEl,
The light of God flows through me.
The final Seferot is Keter at the crown of our head.
Extend the crown of your head upward toward the heavens.
And inhale,
I rise in stillness.
Exhale,
I merge with the One.
Whisper,
Keter,
My divine crown,
I return to source.
Now,
Before we close,
Visualize your light expanding around you.
That is your aura.
Embrace any images that arise.
Colors,
Angels,
Numbers,
Symbols,
Or anything else.
They are yours.
They are in your auric field.
Your auric field is full of sacred presence.
Raise your arms upward to the heavens as you inhale.
And bring them down slowly to shower yourself with this light as you exhale.
Bring it all the way into the earth.
Do this again.
Inhale,
Arms rise.
Exhale,
Feel the light flowing down.
And whisper,
Or Shalom,
Light of peace surrounds me.
Place your hands on your heart or give yourself a hug.
And whisper,
Hineni,
Here I am.
Willing,
Sacred,
Whole.
Amen.
Let your breath settle.
Let the silence or the music hold you.
You've remembered something holy within your body,
Breath,
And soul.
As the energy continues to move through you,
Carry the radiance of this heavenly alignment into your day.
Let it bless your walk,
Your words,
And your way of being.
This sacred path is always within you.
You can return to it at any time.
With grace and peace,
Melinda
