Welcome to Be With Melinda.
I'm Melinda,
And this guided meditation is for those who are ready to reclaim their inner power after giving themselves to what was not aligned with their highest good.
It speaks to the divine inner knowing we often ignore,
The ties we must dissolve,
And the spiritual contracts we can rewrite with grace.
Whether you feel wounded by past intimacy,
Confused by love that left you empty,
Or stuck in a partnership that no longer aligns with your spirit,
This is your place of return.
It's also for those whose partners are unable to see their own potential,
Whose unions may reflect stagnation rather than sacred growth.
Here,
We remember that divine union is not casual.
It's sacred,
And you are not broken.
You are awakening.
Every soul carries a scroll,
A sacred imprint of who you truly are.
It's not a book,
But a memory in the body,
A truth in the breath.
It remains hidden until touched by love,
Awakened through devotion,
And revealed when your spirit is ready.
You are not separate from this scroll.
You are living it.
When a man joins with a woman,
He is not only engaging with her body,
He is engaging with her scroll,
Her sacred text,
Her destiny.
And if he is not ready to treasure her as his crown,
To guard her as one guards of the holy of holies,
The exchange becomes desecration.
Not devotion.
But let us be honest here.
This meditation is not only for women who have been mishandled.
It's also for men who have mishandled themselves,
Who have placed their sacred life force into unworthy agreements,
Unaware that their seed is more than biology.
It's spiritual technology.
When a man misplaces his essence,
His sacred staff,
His lineage of power into illusions,
Distractions,
Or wounds dressed as beauty,
He desecrates his own temple.
There is mercy here.
There is reclamation.
There is healing for both.
Because every misuse of the body is remembered by the altar.
And every act of return is written in heaven.
To rewrite the scroll,
One must first restore the crown through healing choices,
Through sacred intention.
A person may evolve through many experiences,
But often it only takes one soul-aligned connection to rewire the nervous system and prepare the scroll of destiny to be sanctified and sealed.
This is not a casual journey.
It takes devotion,
Discernment,
And the remembrance that the divine union at its highest is prayer.
It is ritual.
It is holy.
To prepare you,
I invite you to find stillness now.
Make sure you're in a quiet space where you feel safe.
Let your body settle.
Let your heart open.
Let your spirit rise to meet what is sacred.
Close your eyes.
Let your breath arrive like a gentle wave,
Soft,
Unforced.
You are not here by accident.
You are here because your spirit has cried out for truth,
For liberation,
And for holy reclamation.
This is a sacred moment,
A remembrance.
Let your breath deepen.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your soul take the lead.
Before we begin,
Know this.
Soul ties are real,
But they are not forever.
They form when our spirit bonds with another through intimacy,
Deep emotion,
Or spiritual longing.
Not all ties are rooted in truth.
Some are formed in confusion,
In trauma,
In unmet need.
To heal them is not to erase the past,
But to reclaim your power in the present.
You do not need to carry what was never truly yours,
And you are not bound to anyone who cannot honor your soul.
You gave your body once in love,
Or what you thought was love.
You shared your tenderness,
Your fire,
Your sacred space.
And if something didn't feel right,
You were sensing truth.
If it stirred you,
If you heard unease in your body,
That was your inner knowing speaking.
That was your spirit whispering clarity before your mind could name it.
And then came the silence,
The confusion,
The grief.
But breathe now.
What you thought was heartbreak was actually deliverance.
What you thought was rejection was a divine intervention.
God did not forsake you.
God rescued you quietly,
Perhaps,
But completely.
You didn't miss out.
You were spared.
Because divine union is not casual.
It is covenant.
It is spirit meeting spirit,
An altar with memory.
And some altars were never meant to hold your offering.
Sometimes soul ties linger,
Not because we are weak,
But because the connection awaits us.
Awakens something real in us.
You may think of your first love,
Or a deep bond,
Or a moment,
Or an experience when your heart fully opened.
Honor it.
You are not wrong for loving.
You are not wrong for having loved deeply.
But love that does not expand your soul is not your final home.
So hold the memory with grace.
Say silently or aloud,
I dissolve every entanglement rooted in confusion.
I reclaim the sacred essence of who I am.
I release what was never mine to carry.
I align my body,
My heart,
And my choices with the truth of divine design.
I am not broken.
I am not too much.
I have not been left behind.
I am chosen.
Chosen for a deeper path,
For alignment that brings peace,
For love that mirrors your spirit,
For purpose that honors your truth.
Nothing essential has been lost.
Not your worth,
Not your wisdom,
Not your sacred knowing.
You may have once chased connection that wasn't ready for you.
You may have mistaken attention for affection.
But now you see more clearly.
So repeat after me.
Only the one who honors my truth may walk beside me.
I welcome what nourishes my peace.
I welcome what nourishes my love.
I protect what is sacred in me.
I am holy ground.
I return to myself.
Let the quiet settle now,
Like a warm embrace.
Let clarity arrive gently,
Like sunlight.
Filtering through morning mist.
Let ease come back to your breath.
Let softness find your heart.
This is your returning.
This is your remembering.
Let what no longer fits simply drift away.
It wasn't your path.
It was your awakening.
Their leaving wasn't your loss.
It was your liberation.
A closing declaration.
I gently release any emotional ties that cloud my journey.
I revoke every agreement formed through guilt and performance.
I quiet every voice that tried to rewrite my worth.
I am not broken.
I am purified.
I am chosen.
And now I wear my crown with grace.
Gently place your hand on your heart.
Breathe in the knowing.
Exhale what no longer serves.
With each breath forward,
May you walk in clarity.
May you love from a place of overflow.
May your body be a temple.
Your spirit a sanctuary.
And your destiny undelayed.
You are chosen.
You are crowned.
You are free.
Be with yourself now.
Be with God.
Be with truth.
And so it is.
Take one last breath with yourself,
Just as you are.
You are home now.
