Hello and welcome. My name is Bailey. I'm a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher, Sound healer, And yoga teacher. And today we are continuing on with our. Chakra healing series. So we will be focusing on the crown chakra today. So I invite you to find a comfortable place to relax and receive this session. Your bed is a perfect place. Or a nice comfortable chair. Or your yoga nidra nest if you have a yoga mat and some pillows and blankets and props. You're welcome to place a bolster under your knees if that feels comfortable. And once you've got yourself all settled in, I invite you to gently close down your eyes. Bringing your awareness inwards, Focusing at your heart space. And imagine that you are breathing in through your heart, Taking a nice deep inhale. Feeling your heart expand and open. And then softly exhale. Blowing away anything that is no longer serving you. And again, Breathing in through your heart space. Feeling it starting to expand even further And then a long, Slow exhale. Letting your body start to soften and settle. Relaxing down into the surface beneath you. And as we just created a beautiful opening in your heart space. I invite you to place your intention for our session today. Gently into your heart space. Letting it ripple out through your body. Through your aura and energy field. This intention acts as a powerful guide for the Reiki energy. To come assist you with. Whatever you need in this moment.
