Hello and welcome.

This is Bailey Barber and I'm so grateful you are here with me tonight.

In this evening's experience,

I'll be offering distance Reiki while guiding you through a deeply soothing yoga nidra journey.

This session is created to nourish your vagus nerve.

Your body's natural pathway into calm and rest.

Allowing every part of you to settle into comfort,

Ease,

And restorative stillness.

You'll be supported by my soft sound healing music featuring delta binaural beats at 0.

5 hertz paired with the beautiful 528 hertz frequency.

The 528 hertz frequency is often linked with renewal,

Inner harmony,

And gentle emotional repair.

Helping the body release tension and return to its natural sense of balance.

The delta binaural waves guide you into the deepest layers of sleep where profound regeneration and nervous system healing naturally occur.

My intention is that you drift effortlessly into sleep and awaken feeling refreshed and deeply restored.

When you're ready,

Gently ease into your comfortable position lying on your back.

Let your legs stretch out naturally.

And if it feels good,

You can place a pillow beneath your knees for lower back support.

Allow your arms to rest gently by your sides,

Palms open and receptive,

Or in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.

Arranging your blankets and pillows so that you are the most comfortable you can possibly be.

Full of shimmering stars and a crescent moon,

Casting soft silver light across the water.

The ocean waves whisper to you,

You are safe,

You can rest.

Letting this reassurance flow through your body,

Like gentle ocean currents,

Quieting your thoughts,

Relaxing your heart,

Slowing everything into peaceful stillness.

There is nothing to change,

Nothing to do,

Just letting the water's rhythm rock you towards sleep.

You are supported,
