Hello and welcome.

My name is Bailey and I'm a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healer.

In today's session,

We are going to be combining affirmations with Reiki focused around oral health so the health of your teeth as well as your teeth alignment and the health of your gums.

And this is something that I'm very passionate about because using the affirmations along with my own self Reiki practice,

Which is what was able to or what enabled me to heal myself from the skin cancer that I developed after going through a particularly stressful time in my life.

So I'm very passionate about sharing these sessions with you.

So all you need to do for today's session is to find a comfortable place to relax and receive.

And I'm also going to be adding in my alpha and theta sound healing frequency music because when our brains are in the alpha theta state,

They are the most susceptible to affirmations and the effectiveness of the affirmations and reprogramming are limiting subconscious beliefs.

So as you settle in,

Just find a nice comfortable place to receive,

Maybe your bed or your sofa.

It can be nice to have a blanket over you because your body often gets cooler as it starts to relax.

And I invite you to begin to focus on your breath,

Taking nice deep inhales,

Filling your lungs with air,

And then exhaling all of the air out through your mouth.

And taking a few more breaths like this,

Just letting yourself ground into the present moment.

And I invite you to set your intention now to receive this session for your highest good and healing.

And you can repeat the affirmations in your mind after me,

And I'm going to begin sending you distance Reiki now.

Inhaling deeply into your lungs and gently exhaling all of the air out.

Doing this a few more times as you gently ground back in to your physical body and your physical surroundings.

Take your time.

There's no rush.

And you can come back to this session as often as you like.

The more we repeat affirmations and use Reiki,

The better on our healing journey.

You can use them in the morning as you wake up or throughout your day or as you go to sleep at night.
