Pleasant combination of melodic birdsong, rain, and pink noise. Effective as a general relaxation for a post-menopausal woman😉 I've also used it to fall asleep (although the abrupt ending can sometimes wake me up again) and to mask other sounds like traffic and noisy neighbours. Recommended.
