Hello,
My name is Astrid,
And today I would like to show you that you don't really need anything too complicated or too difficult if you are trying to balance your chakras.
So what chakras are?
They are energetical centers in your body,
And each of them is attuned to a certain frequency that then is matching certain type of energies or states or areas of your life.
The throat chakra that's here is governing your abilities to speak or express yourself.
Where the third eye chakra that's right here is governing basically your abilities to intuitively connect to the unseen world and receive messages from the other side as well as having an intuition.
So how you can do a quick scan because that's one of some of the things you would like to do or you would want to do.
When you're trying to balance your chakras.
It's a good idea to first do a quick scan.
So how you do it is you find a nice comfortable position and also some form of a more calm space.
And then you're going to get either one of your hands or both of your hands.
And you're just going to go from each center one by one.
Usually you start at the bottom and you go all the way up to your crown chakra.
And you will go chakra by chakra.
Or hand on that chakra for a minute or two.
And usually as you're focusing on it during the meditation,
You can immediately feel some form of sensation from each of these centers.
Either you might feel a tension,
Like pressure,
That usually means that it's overactive,
Or you can feel almost like a coldness or stagnation,
Or just sense of like,
Almost like it's kind of trying to pull you in.
That's usually a sign of it being underactive.
So first,
It's a good idea to do a scan when you put hands on each of your chakras to kind of figure out which one is giving you tension,
Which one is giving you the most strongest,
Usually unpleasant sensations.
And that will give you kind of an idea where you need to put your hands,
Most balancing.
If you actually also look in general in your life and how you feel on daily basis,
You should also feel that certain areas,
Let's say with overactive or underactive,
Let's say with underactive throat chakra,
You will often have a hard time to speak and express yourself.
So you can just also look at your life and kind of have an idea what chakras might be underactive or overactive or,
You know,
Where might be some form of blockages.
In the root chakras and sacral chakras are usually quite common.
The actual balancing is very simple.
You don't actually need any elaborate rituals for it.
You don't even need tools.
All you need is one of the most important tools that you already have and that's your breath.
So what we are going to do is that you're going to move again with your hands from chakra to chakra,
From the root chakra up to the crown,
And you're going to breathe in into each of the chakras.
So I'm going to show you how that looks.
You're going to get your hand,
And let's say I'm putting it here on my heart chakra,
And then you're imagining you're breathing in that chakra,
And you're imagining it being aligned.
Like kind of spinning and moving in like a nice space that just.
.
.
Feels right just feels pleasant um it's okay to do this like even a multiple times like going from bottom to up and then just doing certain chakras that you feel might need more work or just going again from bottom to up until it basically feels right usually this is something that you might need to do at the beginning maybe every day and then once your chakras get a little bit more aligned um then you know um usually once a week or once a month Follow me for more tips.
