Hello everyone,
My name is Anumiha Palkar.
Today,
We're going to focus on healing that weight on your heart and your chest area.
Uncomfortable thoughts and feelings can give rise to a heavy feeling in our chest region.
Sometimes,
We tend to carry that weight for weeks,
Months or even years.
Let's begin our meditation with being aware of that weight first.
Please keep the palm of your right hand on the left side of your chest and keep your other palm over the left one to support it.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Does your chest feel heavy?
Just sit in peace and feel what is it that you're feeling.
Is it heaviness?
Is it a certain emotion?
Whatever it is,
Just sit with it.
Now,
Visualize the heaviness that you're experiencing in the form of a stone.
The more heavier feeling,
The bigger the stone.
Visualize that stone in your mind's eye.
What color is it?
Does that stone have a smooth surface or a rough one?
Sit with that image and don't forget to keep taking deep breaths.
Now,
Imagine that you are on a beach.
That stone is right in front of you and behind that stone is a beach.
You can hear the waves.
You can look at the sun.
It's a little windy.
All that weight and heaviness is now outside of you.
In that stone,
It's no more a part of you.
Now,
You can try picking up that stone or try to push it towards the water.
And when you try to do that,
You realize that the stone isn't very heavy.
It was the feelings and the thoughts attached to it that was making it look and feel heavier than it was.
Start going towards the ocean.
Walk towards the water.
Get in the water yourself and glide that stone into the ocean.
Allow Mother Earth to take away all the heaviness from you.
Allow the magic of the ocean water to send healing energy to every part of your being.
As you stand there,
You see that stone drowning deep in the water.
Feel all of your weight being lifted away from your heart.
All that was once feeling heavy is now filled with the divine energy of the ocean.
You're now filled with a sense of calm,
Peace,
And welcoming to the flow of life.
Feel the peace in your heart be restored and anchored.
Into the energy of the ocean.
As you're standing there,
Feeling the water,
Feeling the wind,
Feeling emptier and lighter than before.
Stand there for a bit.
Whenever you're ready,
Start taking a few steps back from the ocean.
Thank the ocean for helping you restore the flow of life force in your mind and body.
Repeat after me.
I am grateful to be able to embrace the flow of life.
Yet again.
My body and my mind are in a state of peace and calm.
I am grateful.
Now take a deep breath with me.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathe in.

Open your eyes.
