Hello beautiful soul.
Welcome to my sleep meditation.
My name is Anumeha and today I'm going to guide you into getting a better sleep.
Before we start the meditation there's something I'd like to share with you guys.
Our subconscious mind is the most powerful before we go to sleep and after we wake up.
So this time that you're investing into yourself meditating before sleep is an investment into teaching your subconscious everything that you're trying to teach.
Today I'm going to take this chance to allow you to tell your subconscious mind that it is safe to be your authentic version.
That you hold the power to all that you wish to be and that it is safe to be peaceful internally and externally.
Let's begin this meditation by laying in a sleeping position.
You can lay in whatever position you generally go to sleep in and even if you fall asleep before the end of the meditation it is going to be completely fine.
Your subconscious mind is still going to be listening to this meditation.
Now if you're laying in your comfortable position let's start by taking a deep breath.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
One more time deep breath in and breathe out.
Now let's start by focusing all of your attention on your toes.
Feel the blood circulating down to your feet.
How does it feel when your feet are resting on the bed?
Can you feel the blood circulating or do you feel tingling sensations or do you feel nothing?
Whatever you feel is okay.
Slowly bring your attention upwards towards your legs.
Feel the blood circulating in your legs.
Feel the lightness of resting your body onto the bed.
The bed is acting as the earth right now holding you safely allowing you to put your weight down.
You are safely held while you allow all the weight that you were carrying during the day to rest.
Bring your attention to your thighs.
The muscles in your thighs and legs to help you get you through the day.
As you bring your attention more upwards towards your upper body,
Towards your pelvis and your abdomen,
Feel the circulation happening internally.
Thank all of your body to be able to relax right now.
Bring your attention to your chest,
Into your heart and feel the gratitude oozing out of your body.
Feel the stillness in your Do you feel the tingles at the back of your neck or do you feel more stillness?
Allow your body to relax while you're safely tucked into your bed.
As you feel your attention should go up your neck,
Your head,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your lips,
Your ears,
Your hair.
You allow your body to rest in the stillness.
In this magic of nothingness.
This is the energy of peace.
As you rest your mind and your body,
You can allow yourself to fall asleep while listening to these affirmations that will help you relax furthermore and help you feel more positive and enjoyed when you wake up in the morning.
I allow my body to sleep peacefully tonight.
I am grateful for the divine energy to take care of me and protect me while I'm asleep.
I put down the burdens of daily life and gracefully envelope myself with the blanket of peace.
I am grateful to have a good night's rest.
When I wake up tomorrow morning,
I am going to know that I am capable of achieving my desires and my goals.
Every living and breathing moment,
I am divinely protected.
I peacefully sleep tonight knowing the fact that tomorrow brings a beautiful light.
I believe in my potential of achieving my goals and living the life that I desire.
I allow beautiful ideas to flow into me that bring out creativity and actions to make my desires possible.
I am deeply loved and cared for and for that,
I am eternally grateful.
I rest in knowing that my life will play out better than I could have ever expected.
When I wake up tomorrow,
I am going to open my eyes into a new day of possibilities and magic.
I allow my blessings to flow to me.
I love myself and I am willing to accept myself as I am.
I allow myself to use my full potential and shine every single day for the rest of my life.
I am so grateful for these beautiful and positive thoughts going into my mind while I am asleep.
I am so grateful for this good night's rest.
I love myself unconditionally.
I allow myself to feel confident.
I hope that you have fallen asleep by now,
My beautiful soul.
Good night and sweet dreams,
My sweet love.
Thank you for being here.
Namaste.
