Hello beautiful soul,
Welcome to my meditation.
My name is Anumeha Upalkar and today we are going to learn how to surrender to the universe.
Let me begin with talking about how each and every one of us is running behind something or chasing the idea of a certain something.
It could be money,
It could be love or a partner or success and it's not a bad thing to want all of those things in our lives.
But when we're in the chasing energy,
When we're putting aside our normal life,
Our consciousness and just running,
Just chasing behind something,
Our entire existence becomes about not having that yet.
And we're so fixated over getting something,
Our entire existence becomes about the fact that we don't have that yet.
What we forget during those phases in our lives is that even without fixating on it so much,
Even without thinking about it 24x7,
Trying all of those manifestation techniques or trying to push yourself into things that you're not ready for,
What you're doing is you're forgetting the ultimate goal of life for people like me especially,
Which is happiness and peace.
I very firmly believe that when you're supposed to receive something,
You are going to receive that without having to look for it with impulsive energy.
That does not mean that I'm asking you not to put in action towards your goals.
But instead,
What I'm asking for you to do is to make peace with where you are in this phase of your life.
It could be a changing season,
It could be one of those filler episodes in series or those few pages where not much is happening in a book.
Just because not something that you want is happening does not mean you're not going to receive what you're supposed to receive,
What you desire to receive.
If you do believe that you're worthy of what you desire,
Then it is so important for you to keep living the life that you want to live,
To create the life that you want to live.
The energy of impatience and impulsivity is not going to get you to your goal faster,
But it's just going to make all of that time that you're supposed to do other things more difficult.
So let's begin today's meditation by surrendering to the universe and allowing yourself to create the life of your dreams without fixating on what you don't have yet.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold,
And take a deep breath out.
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
One last time,
Breathe in,
Hold,
And breathe out.
Now repeat these affirmations in your head,
Or you could just listen to them,
Whatever feels more comfortable to you.
I surrender to the universe right now.
I allow myself to live a life of joy and love.
I know that I am worthy of my desires,
And I allow the universe to bring them to me while I am enjoying my life.
I release the impatience I have towards my goals and desires.
I release the anxious attachment I have towards the life of my dreams.
I deserve to live a beautiful life,
And I allow the universe to show me the way to it.
I know that my desires are waiting for me as much as I am waiting for them.
I allow financial abundance,
Love,
Romance,
Success,
My dream body,
And all of those other things that I desire to come to me with ease and love.
I open myself,
My mind,
And my body to receive without any fixation.
I love that I believe in my ability to create and live the life of my dreams.
I surrender to the universe and allow the impatience to get out of my mind,
Body,
And soul.
Now we're going to repeat the phrase I surrender to the universe three times.
You can repeat after me loudly or in your mind.
I surrender to the universe.
I surrender to the universe.
I surrender to the universe.
And so it is.
Thank you for putting your energy into releasing your fixations and your impatience.
The more you allow secure attachment to come into existence with the life of your dreams,
The more easily that life will come to you.
I hope you take this moment to realize that you can live your life as much as you would want and however you would want to without chasing those goals because that is your reality and it is coming to you.
So don't wait for that reality to start living your life.
Start today.
