This meditation is designed to help you dissolve your thoughts, calm your nervous system through deep breathing and invoke mindfulness. You can use this meditation simply to relax or in times of overthinking, experiencing stress, anxiety and negative thoughts. It will help you create a blank page so you can choose what thoughts and feelings you want to go by during your day or before you sleep. Thank you for being here. Hope this meditation brings a sense of calm and soothing to your mind and body.

Hello everyone,

My name is Anumiha Upadkar and today we're going to meditate to clear our mind.

We're going to begin with sitting or laying down in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and try to visualize as much as you can.

Take a deep breath,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We're going to do this two more times.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathe out.

One last time,

Take a deep breath in and out.

Thank you so much.

Now let's start with visualizing all of our thoughts in our mind.

You can see your thoughts as clouds or as trees or just a lot of clutter,

However you want to visualize your thoughts,

It's completely up to you.

Visualize all of those thoughts lined up around each other.

Now slowly allow your mind to blur them or to push them afar like clouds floating back in the sky.

All of your thoughts are going so far away slowly and slowly.

Your mind is empty.

As you keep taking deep breaths,

Those thoughts completely dissolve.

There is no clutter and nothing in front of you,

Only sweet peace of nothingness.

Relax your jaw,

Relax your hands,

Your feet,

Your spine.

Allow all the burden and stress that you've stored in your body dissolve away with those thoughts.

Feel that burden,

That stress that you've been carrying around completely be released from your body.

How does it feel?

Does your body feel lighter?

Does your body feel free?

Does your mind feel relaxed?

Allow yourself to feel the lightness of not carrying the burden around.

Whenever you're ready,

Take another deep breath.

Let's do it together this time.

Breathe in,

Hold and breathe out.

Go on with your day.

I hope that you're feeling calmer than before.
