This course blends therapeutic reflection, gentle meditation, and soul-led visualisation to support a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and deeply yours.


Meet your Teacher

Anumeha Upalkar is a clinical neuropsychologist, psychotherapist, and mentor devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner authority and self-worth. Her work integrates neuroscience, psychology, spirituality and lived experience, grounded in compassion, accountability, and emotional truth. Her path into this work deepened through personal loss and identity crisis. She spent a year moving through grief, which became a turning point toward extensive healing and a more intentional way of living. Through this process, she came to understand healing as both loving the life you’re living and taking responsibility for change when something feels misaligned. She believe people grow through kindness far more than criticism. Healing begins with self-respect and deepens through choice. Awakening looks like creating your life with clarity, confidence, and care. Guiding others has always been part of who she is. Her intention for this course is to gently guide you toward trusting yourself, reclaiming your sense of worth, and making choices from that place, so your life reflects confidence, alignment, and self-respect.
