Take a nice slow breath in and out.
And another,
Just a little slower this time.
Let your shoulders drop,
Unclench your jaw,
Soften your hands.
There's nowhere to go right now,
Nothing you need to solve,
You're just here breathing.
Inhale,
Feel your breath arrive.
Exhale,
Feel it leave.
Let each breath loosen the tight places,
Let it soften whatever you've been holding.
If thoughts come,
Let them pass,
You don't need to follow.
Right now,
Your breath is enough.
Right now,
You are enough.
Take one more slow steady breath in,
Gently let it go.
Whatever you carry,
You don't have to hold all at once,
You can set it down just for now.
Let this moment be a pause,
Let it be light,
Let it be yours.
