Exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension from the day.

Focus on relaxing your body,

Starting from your toes.

As you move your awareness up your body,

Allow waves of softness and ease to wash over you.

Inhale deeply,

Inviting a sense of calm into your body.

Exhale,

Releasing any lingering thoughts or stress.

Allow yourself to drift into relaxation and sleep.
