Take a slow breath in and out.

Allow your body to relax,

To let go of any tension.

As you focus on these affirmations,

Repeat after me either out loud or quietly to yourself.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I choose to be happy and at peace.

I radiate and attract good energy.

I am enough.

Allow these affirmations to settle into your body,

Mind and soul.

Then flutter your eyes open and always remember you are enough.
