Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth with a soft sigh.
Inhale and with each breath out feel your shoulders drop,
Your jaw soften,
Your belly relax.
There is nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing else you need to do.
Bring your awareness to your feet,
Your legs,
Your hips.
Just feel them softening.
Now bring your attention to the base of your spine.
Visualize soft roots extending downward into the earth,
Not forcing,
Not pushing,
Simply reaching gently.
These roots connect you to the ancient body of the earth.
Connect you to stability,
To belonging,

Any fatigue as it rises now to your hips and abdomen,
Gently releasing any stored emotions that might be old stories or unspoken grief or just quiet tiredness.

The water and the codes knows exactly what to do.
Now as you stand in these sacred waters you notice something just beneath the surface.
It's resting gently on the ocean floor.
It is a Lemurian seed crystal.
It glows softly etched with delicate lines and striations,

Now just see this crystal beginning to rise through the water until it rests in front of your heart.
