Hello and welcome to the second trimester affirmations meditation.

Please get comfortable either seated or lying down and when you're ready close your eyes.

To connect more deeply with your baby you can place your hands on your belly.

The series of affirmations will be said three times.

Repetition of each affirmation will boost feelings of calm and confidence as you listen.

After every affirmation there will be a pause.

This will give you the opportunity to repeat the words back to yourself in your mind if you want to.

Alternatively just relax and listen.

Allowing the positive energy behind the words to be absorbed into your mind,
