Welcome to this positive pregnancy meditation.
You can listen to this audio every day,
In the morning,
Afternoon or evening.
Please begin by finding a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Make sure that you're in a quiet room and when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs with air.
And then exhale slowly,
Through a small opening in between your lips.
Breathing in through your nose deeply,
And breathing out through your mouth,
Slowly and calmly.
As you breathe,
Focus on relaxing your face,
Jaw and shoulders.
Breathing in deeply,
And exhaling slowly.
You're doing really well.
Breathing in deeply,
And exhaling slowly.
Continue doing this for a few more rounds,
As you listen to the music in the background.
Now allow your breath to flow at its natural pace.
And with your hands resting on your belly,
I'd like you to visualize a warm golden light flowing out of the palms of your hands,
Through your tummy and into your womb.
This warm,
Nurturing light flows to your baby,
Surrounding them with a deep feeling of love and peace.
Every time you inhale,
Feel your tummy rise,
And imagine that the golden light surrounding your baby grows brighter and brighter.
Your baby feels the love and peaceful energy flowing out of your hands,
And enveloping them with a deep sense of calm and safety.
With your hands still resting on your belly,
I'm going to say a series of positive affirmations for your pregnancy.
I'll pause after each affirmation,
So you can repeat the words back to yourself in your mind if you want to,
Or simply listen,
Allowing yourself to absorb the positive energy behind the words,
As you calmly stroke your baby bump.
I am blessed to be pregnant with my baby.
My body is strong and capable of nurturing and protecting my baby.
I relax into my pregnancy and feel more confident every day.
My baby and I are surrounded by love and positivity.
My baby is healthy and strong,
I am healthy and strong.
I am connected to the wisdom of my body,
Guiding me through this pregnancy.
I radiate happiness and peace,
Nurturing my baby in every way.
The love I share with my baby grows stronger every day.
My pregnancy is progressing beautifully and I look forward to meeting my baby.
Now visualize a golden egg shaped cocoon around you and your baby.
This cocoon protects you and your baby and surrounds you both with health,
Happiness and a deep sense of calm.
Each time you listen to this meditation,
Your protective cocoon gets stronger and you feel even more deeply connected to this pregnancy and your baby.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
I'd like you to say the following words out loud.
Thank you for the gift of this pregnancy.
Thank you for my life.
Thank you for my health.
Thank you for my strong and healthy baby.
Now just take one final deep breath in and then slowly breathe out.
