Hello,

Welcome to this guided meditation that was inspired by Albert Camus' quote,

In the midst of winter,

I found there was within me an invincible summer.

Let us begin by finding a comfortable and quiet space where you can fully immerse yourself in this healing meditation,

Either seated or lying down,

Settling in,

Eyes may be closed or soften their gaze,

Noticing how your body feels as you settle in,

Observing your breath,

No need to change it.

On your next inhale,

I invite you to imagine yourself surrounded by a serene winter landscape with soft snowflakes gently falling around you.

Despite the cold and stillness,

You sense a warmth within,

A flicker of light that promises renewal and healing.

This light represents the invincible summer within you,

A source of inner strength and resilience.

With each breath you take,

Visualize this light growing brighter and more vibrant.

Spreading warmth and comfort throughout your body,

Feel it enveloping you in a cocoon of healing energy,

Soothing any discomfort or pain that you may be experiencing.

This light of energy and renewal,

Comfort.

On your next inhale,

I invite you to bring awareness to your head,

Feeling a sense of relaxation and peace washing over you,

Washing over your forehead,

Temples,

Muscles around your eyes.

This light,

This light of renewal,

Comfort.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or anything that may not be serving you.

Letting it go.

Now invite the light to shift your focus to your neck,

Allowing the soothing sensation of calmness to flow down your neck and into your shoulders.

With each breath,

Imagine any tightness going away,

Leaving you feeling light and at ease.

This comforting light,

This healing light,

Continuing to your face,

Softening your jaw,

Cheeks,

Mouth.

Notice any areas of tightness or discomfort.

Gently breathe into them,

Inviting the light to heal,

Allowing them to release and relax,

Moving your attention down to your chest.

Accompanied by this light,

Feeling the rise and fall of your breath as you inhale and exhale,

Visualizing this warm,

Healing light radiating from your heart center,

Embracing you in a cocoon of love and compassion.

And progress to your abdomen and lower back,

Letting go of any tension or stress,

Anything that's not serving you,

That's held in this area.

With each breath,

Imagine a sense of renewal and revitalization,

Letting your core,

Restoring balance and harmony within.

Transitioning to your hips and thighs,

Releasing any tightness or discomfort in these areas,

Picturing this golden light flowing through your lower body,

Bringing warmth and healing to every cell and fiber,

Light moving to your knees,

Calves and feet,

Allowing a sense of grounding and stability to envelop you,

Feeling the connection between your body and the earth beneath you,

Allowing yourself to foster and welcome the sense of peace or calm,

Letting go of whatever's not serving you,

This light renewing you,

Comforting you.

I invite you to take a few more breaths,

Feeling the entirety of your body bathed in a gentle,

Healing light,

Embracing the invincible summer within you,

Knowing that you possess the strength and resilience to overcome any challenge that comes your way,

Visualizing this light,

This cocoon of comfort.

I invite you to bring your focus to your breath,

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in this healing light with each breath,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any lingering negativity or anything that's not serving you,

Allowing your breath to be a conduit for this powerful energy,

Filling you with vitality and strength,

Visualizing yourself being bathed in this golden light,

Like the warm rays of a summer sun,

Infusing every cell of your being with rejuvenation and revitalization,

Allowing yourself to bask in this healing glow,

Knowing that within you lies an invincible summer that can weather any storm,

Allowing yourself to open yourself up to this energy,

With each breath,

Sending love and healing energy to any area of your body that may need it,

Any tension or discomfort flowing away,

Replaced by a sense of calm and well-being,

Absorbing this healing energy,

Noticing how your body feels,

Basking in this energy,

This light,

Cocoon of comfort and healing,

And when you're ready,

Fully bring awareness back to the present moment,

Gently wiggling your fingers and toes,

If your eyes are closed,

Slowly and gently opening them,

Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated,

Deeply connected to your inner healing power,

Carry this sense of inner strength and renewal with you throughout your day,

Knowing that you hold the power to heal and recharge from within,

May you continue to nurture and care for yourself,

Embracing the invincible summer that resides deep within you,

You
