Explore MeditationAndrea is a 500RYT (Hatha & Kundalini) with a doctorate in cognitive diversity. She holds certifications in mindfulness, life coaching, Ayurveda, and other healing art modalities. Her specialty is the well-being and education of neurodiverse children. She is a compassionate international speaker & advocate for autistic, ADHD, dyslexic people who experience the world differently. Her post-doc work in applied neuroscience in education focuses on the nervous system to help people heal from ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and trauma. Mindfulness can help heal, soothe, and repair the brain and nervous system. Using popular special interests to motivate listeners, combined with neuroscience and yoga practices, Andrea creates guided meditations to use as life-long tools to manage everyday stress and challenges. Andrea is also an accomplished artist, musician, deep thinker, and lover of animals and nature.
