Hello most powerful and wise Pokemon fans.

Do you get anxiety or feel overwhelmed often?

Well,

You're not alone.

This guided meditation will use some techniques to keep you in control and help soothe the way anxiety can often make us feel.

I invite you to relax,

Take a seat either in a comfortable chair or you might sit cross-legged on the floor if you're able.

You could even lie down if you wish.

And when you're ready,

Start to gently close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice how the air feels as it enters your nostrils.

Perhaps it's cool like the snowy Glaciado mountain area.

Notice how the air feels warmer as you exhale slowly out through your mouth,

Just like Mega Charizard Y's heat wave move.

Continue to breathe deeply on your own as you simply notice the temperatures changing from your cool inhale to your warm exhale.

Now imagine that your body is getting heavy like a Capybara and you are safely sinking deeply into where you are.

Imagine the Pokemon Meltan who melts iron and particles in the soil so it can absorb them into its molten steel body.

Imagine that your body is a particle in the soil and let your body feel like it's being melted by Meltan,

Allowing yourself to sink even deeper and more relaxed into the space you are in.

Just let your body melt into your space.

Let Meltan melt away any worries you may have.

If some of these thoughts start to come up in your mind,

Acknowledge them.

Thank them for visiting and then just let them go.

It's okay.

Let those thoughts just melt away.

Now bring your awareness back to your breath,

Your inhale,

And then your exhale.

There are two Pokemon characters,

Cradly and Trevenant,

Who I'm thinking of who sprout multiple roots under their bodies and those roots grow deep into the ground.

Those roots absorb the ground's energy and heals all injuries.

Imagine that you are growing multiple roots into the space you are in.

Allow those roots to sink deeply into the mattress,

Into the chair,

Into the floor,

Wherever you are lying.

And imagine those roots are melting away all tension and healing all injuries and all thoughts that may be uncomfortable.

Visit your breath,

Inhale,

Deep exhale.

You are now firmly rooted into the ground and safe.

And again,

If another thought comes into your mind,

Just acknowledge it.

Thank it and then let it go.

Imagine it melting away from you.

On your next breath,

Listen and repeat these words.

I choose to feel calm at this moment.

I choose positive and nourishing thoughts.

I am right where I need to be right now.

I am safe.

I inhale light and positivity.

I exhale my worries and fears and darkness.

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

And you may start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Maybe start to move your arms and legs a bit.

Until you feel ready to open your eyes,

We must remember to make friends with our anxiety.

And remember that anxiety is your servant,

Rather than your dreaded master.

May you feel calm and safe.

Namaste,

Dear friend.

May you have peace.
