Welcome to your test anxiety meditation.

Today let's take a few moments to ease your mind,

Soothe your test anxieties,

And cultivate a sense of calm confidence.

Find a comfortable place to sit,

Relax,

And let's begin.

I want you to inhale deeply through your nose,

Allowing your lower belly to expand,

And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension or worries.

Let's take another deep breath together.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Feeling your body start to unwind.

As you prepare for this test,

Acknowledge your nervous thoughts without judgment.

Picture them as leaves floating down a stream,

Gently passing by.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to release any concerns about the upcoming challenges.

Now let's set an intention together for your performance.

Repeat after me,

Either silently or out loud,

I am prepared,

I am capable,

And I trust in my abilities.

Now let's bring awareness to your body.

Notice any areas where tension may be lingering,

Perhaps in your shoulders,

Neck,

Or jaw.

With each breath,

Visualize the tension melting away,

Leaving you feeling light and at ease.

Picture a serene place in your mind,

A spot where you feel completely at peace.

It could be a beach,

A mountain,

Or a cozy room.

Engage your senses.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What do you feel in this calming space?

Remember this test,

It's an opportunity to showcase your knowledge.

Look at yourself,

Sitting in the desk,

Confidently answering each question,

Feeling a sense of accomplishment with each passing moment.

Affirm to yourself,

I trust in my ability to recall information.

I am calm.

I am focused.

I am capable.

Now let's return to the breath.

Inhale deeply.

Feel the air fill your lungs.

Exhale,

Releasing any last bits of tension.

Your breath is always with you.

It's your anchor to the present moment.

As you continue to breathe,

Visualize a bubble of calm surrounding you.

See it expanding with each breath,

Creating a protective shield against stress and anxiety.

Repeat in your mind,

I am surrounded by calm energy.

I am in control.

Take a moment to express gratitude for the effort you've put in to preparing for this test.

Affirm,

I'm grateful for my dedication and hard work.

I am ready.

As we conclude,

Bring your awareness back to this present moment.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Feel the support of your chair.

Know that you are grounded.

Know that you are capable.

Thank you for joining me in this test anxiety meditation.

Carry the sense of calm and confidence into your test,

Trusting your abilities and embracing the opportunity to shine.

You've got this.

Best of luck and remember to breathe.
