Along with the healing, I will be guiding you through a nurturing meditation to support you in finding presence and releasing any energies that you do not need to carry. Hello and welcome,

I'm Amy and I'm so grateful to share this space with you.

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

During this guided meditation,

I will be sending you distant Reiki and light language,

Both will be coming through my hands.

Simply set the intention to receive,

And this Reiki will meet you in all of the ways that are of your highest alignment.

My intention is to bring through Reiki and light language of the highest love and light for the person listening,

In the exact time they are listening,

To help balance and cleanse your heart chakra frequency.

Bring your attention to your breath,

Inhaling sweet,

Compassionate love,

And exhaling ego,

Limiting beliefs,

And any conditioning that you do not need to carry with you.

Begin to imagine a beautiful green orb at the top of your head,

You can see it moving in a circle,

As it slowly makes its way down and around your body,

Stopping at your heart chakra.

You can feel the energy of this green orb growing stronger,

As it increases the Reiki energy.

Begin to tune into your energy field,

Noticing any sensations,

As this healing light cleanses,

Heals and balances your heart chakra.

Bring your attention to the peacefulness of your aura,

Especially around your heart chakra.

It is because of your intention,

And simply allowing this energy to connect with you,

That you are able to feel and experience this beautiful balancing.

As this Reiki energy begins to slow down,

Bring both hands to your heart,

Feeling the connection of your heart chakra frequency,

And your physical body.
