Noticing that you are here.

Noticing your breath moving through you.

You don't need to change anything.

Simply arrive in this moment.

Feel the weight of your body.

Where it meets the chair.

The floor.

Or the ground.

Sense the support beneath you.

Allow your shoulders and hands to soften naturally.

Notice any areas of tension or ease without judgment.

This body is carrying you through your day.

Take a moment to find gratitude for your body.

Gently expand your attention outward.

Notice the sounds around you.

Notice the light.

The air.

The subtle movements of the space you are in.

Stay with the sense that you are part of this larger flow.

Stay with this sense of connection,

However it shows up for you.

Bring attention back to your breathing.

Let it anchor you here and now.

Notice the subtle rhythm of inhale and exhale.

Allow this quiet presence to remain with you as the day continues.
