Begin by bringing your attention to the breath,
Taking an inhale and exhaling.
Doing this again and pausing at the top of your inhale and exhaling,
Bringing your attention to your body,
Bringing your right hand to your belly and your left hand to your heart,
Feeling your body moving.
As you breathe,
Hearing the gentle air as you exhale through your nose,
Bringing your attention to the back of your eyelids and simply being here in this moment,
Noticing the sounds around you.
What can you hear?
Noticing when your mind starts to wander away,
Simply bringing it back to the breath,
Feeling your body relax,
Feeling your mind slow down with thoughts,
Feeling the energy moving through your body.
That is your life force energy.
You are here.
You are meant to be here in this exact moment,
Finding gratitude for your breath,
For your body and for taking a few moments to reconnect back to yourself today.
When you are ready,
Gently bring your hands face up on your lap,
Noticing the sensations in your body and setting the intention to reconnect to this feeling throughout this day.
As you gently begin to blink your eyes open,
Thank yourself for showing up today and know that you are safe and exactly where you're meant to be.
