What would it be like to see life without the constant filter of “me”? Much of what we call seeing is not simply seeing what is here. We see through accumulated memories, beliefs, expectations, fears and desires — continually interpreting the present through what we already know. But what happens when, even for a moment, the movement to interpret, define and make everything personal becomes quiet? In this meditation, we explore what it means to look without immediately placing “me” at the centre of what is being experienced. Not trying to become someone different. Not creating another spiritual identity. Simply noticing what remains when experience is allowed to be as it is, before the mind labels it as “mine,” “me,” or “my experience.” A quiet invitation to discover whether seeing is possible without the filter of “me” — and what may be revealed when it is.
